Samaritans
Samaritans vision is that fewer people die by suicide.
We know that life can sometimes be incredibly tough. Thanks to the dedication of more than 20,000 volunteers, Samaritans can be there for anyone, whatever they are going through day or night, 365 days a year through our phone and email support services.
We’re also at the heart of local communities, working with schools, workplaces, railways, prisons and hospitals to offer training and support, preventing suicide and helping people turn their lives around.
Additionally, we have a self-help to help people with their day-to-day wellbeing and work with everyone from major social media companies to everyday young people through our Online Excellent Hub, supporting anyone who is concerned about someone they know online.
Our life-saving work wouldn’t be possible without the extraordinary generosity of our donors and partners, including the Stream for Samaritans community who not only raise vital funds but share the message that it's okay not to be okay with their Twitch communities.

Hello everyone!
We wanted to let you all know that the process for getting a charity added to the Twitch Charity Tool has changed, because of this, we will be closing out these requests. At this time, the charity tool is fully integrated with the PayPal Giving Fund; so if your charity is registered there, you can already find it to start a fundraising campaign. In the case you find your charity appears to be missing from the tool, please reach out to the organization regarding registering with the PayPal Giving Fund.
You can learn more about how to sign up your charity here: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/twitch-charity-charities. For more information on Twitch’s Charity Tool, please feel free to access our FAQ Help Article: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/twitch-charity-faqs.
While we normally respond to each idea on UserVoice individually, as a result of the volume of requests and the scope of this change, we will be mass responding to let the community know. Apologies if you have shown support for multiple charities and are receiving more than one email update for this adjustment.
Thank you all for giving us your feedback and for sharing your passion for your charities with Twitch!

As someone who has supported Samaritans for a while now, I would love to see them added to the list of charities on Twitch!

Samaritans are a wonderful charity who I support when streaming and I know a lot of streamers I follow do too.
I think they need to be included, because mental health is very important. Additionally, there are some large events coming up later this year.

I think this is hugely important. Twitch streamers and Twitch fans can both benefit from positive mental health messaging.
Samaritans is a major charity in this sphere within the UK and Ireland, and the extra visibility of the charity, and its messaging, would be of huge benefit to Twitch and the Twitch community.
