I have the same problem here. I tried streaming on my phone in desperation with the Twitch app for Android and the VOD is perfectly fine there. But after streaming with Streamlabs on my Windows computer, all the VODs are silent, even when I've streamed without any copyrighted content whatsoever. What the **** is going on??

This is still happening in Feb 2023 using the twitch music streaming service. What is going on?

Mám ten samý problém, už měsíc záznamů streamu mi nelze slyšet zvuk(nemám puštěnou žádnou muziku). Nejde slyšet ani můj hlas a ani hru vše je muted. Nevím co stím mám dělat. Děkuji

Ok so when i did my live , all audio ( game , my mic , and soundtrack music ) was perfectly fine , however , when i posted it as a VOD , the music got taken away ( which is normal due to copyright) BUT my voice was also taken away which makes it a silent stream !

I use StreamElements and when I downloaded Soundtrack by Twitch it removed my desktop audio off the mixer and now chat can no longer hear the game, even though I can hear it and see it on the VOD audio for Soundtrack. Plus it's having an issue connecting so the music can be heard. Now I can no longer stream, what do I need to do to fix this issue???

I got the same problem, I can't use mi VOD highlights or clips to promote my streams anymore because when using Twitch Soundtrack on VOD everything is muted except my voice. no game, no discord, no music.
