Make Soundtrack by Twitch compatible with Windows 7/8/8.1

Pretty straight forward. There are a lot of streamers that cannot use Soundtrack because they use Windows 7/8/8.1.

    I think Linux Support is more needed. Win 8 is completly bad(dont use that), but 7 is ok - even if its getting no Security updates -> Do not use that for Security Reasons

    totally agree! I'm using 8.1 an 7 here and not planning to upgrade to Windows 10 (maybe to GamerOS / SteamOS later...). So make it compatible to Windows 7 like it was obviously planned (i'm getting a message that i need windows 7 or later to run soundtrack...)
