Show currently playing song through Spotify API Some streamers have licenses to use songs from specific labels on Twitch (and other services), enabling broader use cases and greater song selections. But the way Soundtrack displays the current song below the player is a really nice touch while giving the artists proper credit. What if we could combine both?
Spotify's API allows other users to see what song a given person is currently listening to (see integration with Discord e.g.). With that, one can display and link the songs and the respective artists to the viewers while being able to use already curated playlists on Spotify.

Favorites & Custom Playlists Being able to have a 'Favourites' list and the ability to make custom playlists would be great!
There's been many times when I'm listening to a pre-made playlist and like one of the songs, but there's no way for me to save, like or favourite it so I can listen to it again later.
Custom playlists would allow us to tailor our own streaming experience without the worry of copyright or muted VODs. Instead of finding the tracks on Spotify and making a playlist there, it would be great to do this in the Soundtrack app where we can retain…

External Music Service, Audio Sync Plugin Create a plugin, that will allow a user hear the music the streamer is playing via their own Service, Spotify/YouTube/Amazon/Bandcamp etc
(linking a currently playing song to a database on each service)
so that the viewer is hearing music through a license they already paid for, and the streamer won't get in trouble for playing infringing music. and if a user doesn't have a paid service linked, use that spot to advertise a service such as amazon music.1 vote -

!song function! It would be nice to add the ability to get the song title and artist with a !song command through Streamlabs Cloudbot. Technically another way to go about it would be to use an API and have us code up our own but since the program already works with Streamlabs, why not just add one extra function to that list?

Amazon Music stream app feedback The way we have to stream amazon music Through twitch SUCKS!!! I can't even hear the music myself. But if i play music in the background, you'll block it. Why? Twitch needs to work with Spotify Twitch should work with spotify or youtube to play music on streams where they get a little profit or something. It really shouldn't be this difficult to have music on streams.

Programatically Control Twitch Soundtrack (Play Playlist/Genre, Play Song, Skip Song, Pick Random Song, Pick Random Genre) The ability to control Twitch Soundtrack via the Twitch API, or a new API would open up options to allow broadcaster to better integrate the twitch soundtrack application into their streams and the viewer experience either via 3rd party applications and extensions that call an endpoint, or alternatively by monitoring the PubSub API for tracked topics such as channel points or bit donations.
Further more, this could also be exposed not just in the background via endpoints but also in the user interface, such as when creating channel point redemptions, allowing them to perform one of several pre-made boilerplate type…

Make OBS addon a component that can be added to individual scenes I don't want to have to remember to switch off sound track every time I switch scenes to one where I don't want music then switch on/unmute it every time I got to a scene where it's needed, especially as I might not be able to hear soundtrack playing. Can we make it so that it is a component I can add to individual scenes rather than just a semi useless global thing?

Make Soundtrack by Twitch compatible with Windows 7/8/8.1 Pretty straight forward. There are a lot of streamers that cannot use Soundtrack because they use Windows 7/8/8.1.

Mac Client for Soundtrack Whilst I normally play 100% of my own music - sometimes I want to be able to access soundtrack for my stream. I'm predominatley until such time i can get a better machine - a mac streamer. My pc machine isn't great, it's actually worse to do certain things than my mac - and i'm afraid it may not handle what i'm asking it to do. So a mac client would be great :D

LANDR I use Landr, i dont use distrokid or Soundcloud Repost, and they post to all platforms currently, im seeing that there is a potential for the two too work together. Being i am independent artist, i would love for my music to be played on various streamers feeds. It would help out alot !
