  1. Could we get a live support system for streamers? Or a support platform where we can follow up on our submitted ticket?
    As a streamer i've been a victim of trolling and as a result i got a ban of a week. I had no opportunity to defend myself in that matter and i had to guess what i did wrong. I've submitted an appeal, but after more than a month still haven't received an answer.

  2. It is clear there is no standard level of support, or even support levels. There is not even a way to put in complaints, when support is basically non existent. No one is being held responsible for the level of support they give, and this is clear when you see the legitimate complaints on forums, discussions, and even here. Support needs to be overhauled and staff need to be held to a level that is acceptable, and when it falls out of this acceptable level.   3. I read through almost every single tip and tutorial page. I think the grammar could be cleaned up a lot, theres a few areas that were a little uncertain (im sure i could find them again if need be), and generally they could be aggregated more organized. I seen multiple articles under the same heading and multiple articles saying roughly the same thing but not in depth enough to differ from each other. Not a lot but enough to dampen the learning experience. Just a perspective from one upcoming streamer ;) lol but beyond that it was really helpful, beautifully…
