  1. Hello, I have sent information since the 8th of november to uplift the hold of my payments. Ive gotten 1 email that one of my cases has been closed due to replicates. I have also received one mail that said that my ticket was forwarded to the appropriate team. Why when i check my cases does it say that that specifical case has been resolved while i was promised a review of my documents?   2. Currently there is no indication anywhere on the twitch.tv site that this Twitch Uservoice exists. A simple link to the Twitch Uservoice would both improve awareness of its existence and direct users looking to give site improvement input to the appropriate place.

  3. Please twitch make this platform about gaming again. I am tired of seeing Hot tub, "body painting", and exploitive streams on the front page. I do not even need an account to see this content because it is advertised on the front page. Just think, these streams are not safe for kids who access the website. Please work towards hiding this content behind a category page or remove it from the site all together. Possibly even create a secondary platform for these "content" creators.

  5. Have a way for users to submit complaints and have actual response timescales. Currently customer support appears to have no standards and “we can’t provide any insight so I’m closing your ticket” to a reported bug seems to qualify as an appropriate response nowadays.
    Fix your bugged twitch drops system as stuck progress bars seems to be an ongoing issue for years over many different campaigns.

  8. The entire "Help" area is set up entirely on the assumption that everyone comes to Twitch to create content. There is absolutely no support for anyone who comes to Twitch to follow content created by others.

    I remember what Twitch said when adding Hottub streaming to the category.
    You mentioned,
    "being found to be SEX_Y by others is not another rules, and Twitch will not take action again, or any one on our service, for given attention."

    But I don't think this standard applies equally to all streamers.
    it's generous to 'Big' western streamers and is applied harshly to relatively small channels.

  11. The system already in place for cases is horrendous. Twitch Support on Twitter can't always answer questions given by their guidelines page and a lot of the time cases get closed without an actual reply.

    Please provide a better messaging system so we can actually talk and voice our opinions for the higher ups, especially with sensitive matters such as legalities for music and fair usage on media as well as problems with accounts.

  12. I received a suspension and made a ticket 2 months ago. No response. Does it really take over 2 months to respond? Like even an automated response? Really?

    I made an appeal about a month ago, also no response. I really have no clue how I am supposed to get help. Like why do you even have a support site? There is nothing helpful or supportive about it! No humans view your tickets. Just literal automations that copy and paste useless information.

I submitted a ticket to Twitch Support as I got a verification failed warning when I wanted to get my account back with my phone number.   15. I'm not sure if the problem is on my side, or if my IP got somehow banned, but I can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy.

    Right now I'm writing this ticket from a proxy IP 186.121.206.241 (Bolivia), and it works fine. But when I try to open twitch.uservoice.com without a proxy from my main IP 95.27.129.58 (Russia), I get a "ERRCONNECTIONTIMED_OUT" error in Chrome and "The connection has timed out" in Firefox.

    I should note that uservoice.com opens fine, and twitch.tv opens fine as well - only twitch.uservoice.com is not working.

It's incredibly ridiculous that I've waited like two weeks to get approval on an emote but what's even more infuriating is that your "contact us" feature is always broken so I can't even ask about it.   18. It is simple and easy to upvote a UserVoice post, but the only way to give disagreeing constructive feedback is by having to click the comment link and to write a comment.

    While the internet can be a place where the less pleasant side of people can surface under the guise of anonymity, it shouldn't diminish the positive potential constructive feedback even if it is not in agreement to the original post.
