  1. Hello, I have sent information since the 8th of november to uplift the hold of my payments. Ive gotten 1 email that one of my cases has been closed due to replicates. I have also received one mail that said that my ticket was forwarded to the appropriate team. Why when i check my cases does it say that that specifical case has been resolved while i was promised a review of my documents?   2. Wasnt overly clear on where to put this but in a way accessibility felt right if you read through as it's about supports accessibility itself. So I myself and a few others I know have reached out to support with various questions as to how something works, if theres a functions for something or how do to something after exhausting their forums, other sources or walkthroughs.   3. Respond to people who have their payment threshold "On hold", there are many people who need help with this, we just need to know if we will receive the money or if Twitch can do something removing the money. It's frustrating to see the same email from twitch support solving nothing.

  4. I'm not sure if the problem is on my side, or if my IP got somehow banned, but I can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy.

    Right now I'm writing this ticket from a proxy IP 186.121.206.241 (Bolivia), and it works fine. But when I try to open twitch.uservoice.com without a proxy from my main IP 95.27.129.58 (Russia), I get a "ERRCONNECTIONTIMED_OUT" error in Chrome and "The connection has timed out" in Firefox.

    I should note that uservoice.com opens fine, and twitch.tv opens fine as well - only twitch.uservoice.com is not working.

  5. The system already in place for cases is horrendous. Twitch Support on Twitter can't always answer questions given by their guidelines page and a lot of the time cases get closed without an actual reply.

    Please provide a better messaging system so we can actually talk and voice our opinions for the higher ups, especially with sensitive matters such as legalities for music and fair usage on media as well as problems with accounts.

    It'd be better if it was an option in the three dot dropdown submenu list next to Browse.

  11. One is not able to easily get to user voice via Twitch. It behaves like a third party and requires a separate website and permissions? Why not have User Voice more incorporated and able to be found under settings or help sections on Twitch instead? Most people, viewers or streamers dont even know this exists..

I submitted a ticket to Twitch Support as I got a verification failed warning when I wanted to get my account back with my phone number.   14. My son has more than completed his path to partner but twitch has lost his application and he has gotten no reply back there fore he has no option to even apply again. Help! So aggravating!     As a user, I've been repeatedly and increasingly unhappy with the level of transparency the Twitch team offers to their userbase.

    You drop unannounced updates
    --> Example would be the /me change

    You don't reply to userfeedback (aside from incredibly broad statements)
    --> Mails towards the Twitch Support are answered with automatic replies. Most of them send users to UserVoice
    --> But here on Uservoice, barely anything ever gets an answer and if so, it's a "we'll think about it" until it either is forgotten or we're back at the unannounced Update again.

  17. I received a suspension and made a ticket 2 months ago. No response. Does it really take over 2 months to respond? Like even an automated response? Really?

    I made an appeal about a month ago, also no response. I really have no clue how I am supposed to get help. Like why do you even have a support site? There is nothing helpful or supportive about it! No humans view your tickets. Just literal automations that copy and paste useless information.

  19. I was recently banned for my username, I think it’s a fair ban although the word in my name is tos friendly. I posted my appeal about a week ago. Today my friend tells me she was banned for having the same word in her name, she was watching twitch while it happened, she was told to change it, she did, immediate unban.
