Customer support makes zero attempt to solve issues
My idea is that Twitch hires a customer support staff that actually reads the problems customers have and actually tries to give usable solutions instead of saying something along the lines of, "You were charged for a channel you cancelled the subscription to? Well this is how you cancel a subscription. We're closing this ticket. Bye."

Twitch support is a giant joke if you want something resolved. You're better off asking reddit or people on strems for help. At least they will tell you they don't know and a chance they will have the answer.
So a follow-up. Twitch finally did resolve the issue and refund me my money, but only after I went to Twitter and complained to their support team there. Apparently, if you want something done, just go straight to Twitter. They're far more helpful.
Twitch support just closes tickets without doing anything, I reported a scam in a ticket they close it and do nothing left the scam go for another 3 to 4 hours, reported 3 different site bug (none are fixed) and tickets closed with no help at all.
One bug causes the stream to drop, another is a bug in the video player causing massive CPU spikes, another suggests I unfollow accounts.
