Being able to remove video from "continue watching" I use the video space much more than live, and my default page is "continue watching". I simply want to be able to remove videos from the ones shown that I no longer want to watch.

Ability to see what channels others follow Something similar to what YouTube uses. An ability for users to show off channels they follow, so that people who would want to could go check those channels out and vice versa. I think it would improve the overall engagement and growth of all Twitch channels. Especially for those smaller channels who are just starting out. Or even go further and allow users to display all channels they follow on their own channel pages, so users who do view their channels can see and if they want to, go check out those specific channels.

Is Twitch still for real "Live" streamers? As someone who has watched too much Twitch over the years, I have never even thought to come to a page like this until recently. In the hopes that someone actually reads this, I'd like to express my concerns about the overall quality of streams recently on Twitch, and the tactics some streamers are using to try to make more money.

Last Prime Box should be able to be deleted without page reload I can click the delete button on the prime gaming boxes after i claimed then, but the last one always can not be deleted. I have to refresh the page / the stream to make it disappear, which makes me in some circumstances watch the ads again.

Drops I have literally proved Twitch support wrong - I had properly met all of the requisites required to receive the Crunchyroll drops "60 Days free", yet never received the drop. After a couple of tickets, Twitch was NOT supportive at all, nor willing to perform their due diligence in investigating whether or not this was true. In fact, it was INCREDIBLY difficult to get any reply to my submissions, may entries were purposefully ignored and STILL are.

Ads scheduling I do understand that Twitch needs the ads that run during the streams for revenue but I find the unpredictable timing of the ads to be very problematic.
I very much wish that I could schedule the ads to run at a regular time. My preference would be at a predetermined number of minutes before the bottom of the hour. If I knew that they were coming every hour at that time then I could plan accordingly. Simplify the app Everything I use the twitch app for ( Live followed channels and followed channels) keeps getting pushed further and further down on the page and it’s getting ridiculous. I understand the advert at the top but can it be shrunk down to a reasonable size? It takes up half the page itself. And we truly need an option to opt out of “stories” and “recently featured clips”.
If we want to see these extra clips, we go to that streamers page. Options for the user is always better and the app is simply just too cluttered in its current state.2 votes -

Intergated drops filter system The introduction of sub-drops on Twitch seems like a good idea on paper but the way Twitch has handled it is terrible. A page where a bunch of requirements in a list is all they offer and the rest is up to you leaving for vague situations and misrepresenting users to exploit the system for then Twitch support to tell you "We can't do anything" and send you the same list again.

acknowledge reports for broken viewcount i've had more days with viewcount glitches than i have without. today i was having atleast 8+ in chat consistently but viewcount dropped to 4 and i can't report the issue. any reporting of the issue gets met with an automated email essentially saying "you're too dumb to understand the difference between viewcount and chat list" even with pictures showing there's an issue.

Give your customer service a phone number to call. I've been trying to find this one person to block them due to them gifting me a sub to a channel I personally don't approve of. I can't find them and I was hoping to be able to get in contact with someone from Twitch.tv HQ to remove the gifted subscription and to help me block the person.

Overall Experience Okay, 1) I don't like how the "suggested channels" show up on the desktop website. It's usually the "more popular" channels and channels I'VE ALREADY WATCHED. Don't say "We might think you'd like this channel." If I"VE ALREADY WATCHED IT. I like how the mobile app is set for it.
2)Where is the feedback button? I shouldn't have to look in "Settings" or check other menus, click on "Help" and then search for Feedback. Good or bad, let US TELL YOU WTF IS GOING ON.

Explain to Streamers the impact of Twitch tests on their Subscribers Just ran in to a problem giving bits to a streamer I support in England. Took me 45 minutes to figure out it was your test with Direct Giving. Since he's participating I couldn't give him bits ... or play his Sound items for bits. It was frustrating ... on top of that I don't like the idea ... He didn't even know why it wasn't working for me!

Creator assistance with customer service in exchange for New Community Showcase channel. Why not recruit smaller creators to help filter some of the work through, by enabling just a category stamp to which department this should be directed to.
In doing this, they could use a dedicated Smaller Community Showcase channel. Which could be built on the premise of helping new creators in establishing their brand, and moving forward.
All in all, it could help the flow in being able to provide a better customer experience, while also giving tools to those looking for other ways to help promote their content.

Live support for tech issues We've been having an audio issue that has prevented us from streaming for two days. There is no direct way to get quick technical advice. There should be a line to call and speak with a live technician who is knowledgeable on common glitches and fixed, particularly since Twitch is such a buggy platform.

Blocking Should Actually Block Blocking should actually block people like all other social platforms. If I block a user, their stream still shows up in the list if I browse anywhere other than recommended and I can usually still click their streams. Upon researching this, they can also still see me at times too. Blocking seems pointless if you can't truly, fully block someone and have zero visibility between them and you.
