Whale browser to be added as one of the working browser Web browser experience > Whale browser (made by NAVER) is one of the active browsers used in Korea and the users are mostly 10s to 30s (which means this browser's target is very young) , but Twitch is not working on Whale browser. Ads scheduling I do understand that Twitch needs the ads that run during the streams for revenue but I find the unpredictable timing of the ads to be very problematic.
I very much wish that I could schedule the ads to run at a regular time. My preference would be at a predetermined number of minutes before the bottom of the hour. If I knew that they were coming every hour at that time then I could plan accordingly. Simplify the app Everything I use the twitch app for ( Live followed channels and followed channels) keeps getting pushed further and further down on the page and it’s getting ridiculous. I understand the advert at the top but can it be shrunk down to a reasonable size? It takes up half the page itself. And we truly need an option to opt out of “stories” and “recently featured clips”.
If we want to see these extra clips, we go to that streamers page. Options for the user is always better and the app is simply just too cluttered in its current state.2 votes -
Streaming in 1080p only mode I understand that there is an Algorithm or something that dictates when smaller streamers have the lower quality options for viewing. This should be default for ALL streamers. I feel like the option for streamers to be able to stream in lower qualities besides just 1080p should be allowed for Smaller streamers as well, not just Partners. Consistent Muted Audio when Playing American National Anthem It would be nice to not have audio muted when playing the American National Anthem. Each time it is played in our stream it's erroneously tagged as "Goodnite, Dr. Death by My Chemical Romance."
The content skimmer or algorithm or what ever it is needs fixed as it gets annoying having to regularly submit a copyright content dispute for attempting to honor our country. Even if it's just fine tuned for items like legally obtained versions of the National Anthems of different countries.

Idea - New feature: Extra volume button solely for twitch stream Music. I want to listen to my own music while watching a twitch streamer, but I can't turn down the music from stream - Only the master volume.
With this feature there is more freedom in Twitch streams which makes the customers more likely to stay and enjoy the stream.
Music taste can vary a lot among us and it would be cool to listen to your favourite music and streamer at the same time!I love Twitch and let me know what you guys think about this suggestion.

Customer support The twitch support page is really bad. I can't categorise my problem, I would love a live chat with someone from the support team or maybe even an AI. It is really poor website design, the pages are not findable. It is overall just really bad and I expected much more from Twitch. Intergated drops filter system The introduction of sub-drops on Twitch seems like a good idea on paper but the way Twitch has handled it is terrible. A page where a bunch of requirements in a list is all they offer and the rest is up to you leaving for vague situations and misrepresenting users to exploit the system for then Twitch support to tell you "We can't do anything" and send you the same list again.

Verified accounts People who already have Twitch Prime should be automatically given verified account status. Amazon already has the information about the viewer through their prime subscription. This should be a simple matter since Twitch is linked to the customers Amazon to give customers Prime inside of Twitch. This would simplify verification for many viewers of Twitch and expose less personal data to potential hacks.

Increased transparency regarding platform wide buisness decisions I've been streaming on Twitch as my main source of income for almost 4 years now, and for the most part, I love the platform.
