1. Gambling Streamers should include these in the title of their stream for viewer safety and knowledge

   As a safety feature, people who stream gambling content should include both (Regulated Casino and Country's Currency used to gamble) or (Unregulated Casino and Crypto-Currency) in the title of their stream so people know if the streamer is using Regulated or Unregulated sites so people who gamble in general and/or have a gambling addiction know what they are getting themselves into if they choose to sign-up to the gambling site that the streamer is playing on.

   Reason I included people who have gambling addictions is because regulated sites have the feature for the gambler to self-exclude themselves from gambling but unregulated sites do not have that feature to help/protect gamblers from further harming themselves.

   I'm a DJ most of us are in record pools and receive the digital music from distributors. So we have fair use. The funny thing is that these companies know that.. How else would artist really get recognized and stay relevant...

   I suggest Twitch create a category for DJs and give DMCA the list and say these DJs most who are professional Djs and say these people are protected by the fair use... Every one of my videos on FB are overturned because I report fair use...

6. Negotiate With Game Devs

   So I would 1st like to point out that there's a lot of missing links on the DMCA talk.

   Most of these have to do with the Categories being streamed and what those Categories have Pre-Built in them.

   A fine example of this is with EA and 2K and all the EA and 2K Sports Games.

   These games contain 1 Major Flaw that will impact the DMCA and that is the Game Soundtrack Music.

   For many years the In-Game Music in the Sports Games are all gonna be DMCA Hits as the music is picked by the Athlete(s) on the Cover Art to the Game(s).

   If I was to look at an EA Sports Game and I see the Soundtrack has some of my favourite artists in it. I'm gonna be unhappy because I'll have to disable that In-Game Music.

   Now think if it's the Athlete(s) who picked the music to be in the game and they chose to become a streamer on Twitch. They're gonna be unhappy and say "I picked this music to be in the game and because of DMCA I can't even listen to my jams?" Now you've lost another Content Creator.

   You see this a lot with the UFC and the Impact Wrestling Channels on Twitch. All the fighters have their own Entrance Music they walk out to before they fight. This is Technically a Copyright on it's own as the entrance music picked by the fighter was Licensed to the Broadcasts Or Game(s) so the fighter can hype up the crowd.

   Now take that into a Perspective as a Content Creator who's big into watching the Combat Sports. They've acquired the game and have chosen to start a Content Series where they're gonna make their own custom character and go down a career path in the game to achieve a goal.
   The creator may be facing an AI Character for the other Fighter. But the same time, these other fighter(s) have the same music they enter to on the Broadcast put into the game.
   Now the Creator's in a bit of a pickle. They're not supposed to be playing Copyright Music on their stream. But at the same time, it's unskippable as it's part of a cutscene in that game and therefore they're hit with a DMCA notice. What's going to happen to this Creator now that they've been going for over <Time Span> with the game and then they are hit with a DMCA because the game did it to them?

   This needs to be brought to the attention of the Game Devs even more than Creators. If the game Devs are putting the music into the Game(s) and the Creator(s) are the ones being punished because of the music. Then this needs an appeal to ensure all creators are secured and have the freedom of the In-Game Music on their content.

   This still doesn't even hit how much harder it is for the Rhythm Game Creators.

   Heck! Even Creators who do Art always have music playing on their stream. I personally enjoy the Music while I'm doing art as It's a form of Inspiration to something I may create live on stream.

   Prime example of myself using music with what may include DMCA Music. I'm a Multimedia Artist who does Film and Photography along with Video Editing and Graphical Arts. On Saturday 09/18/2021, I went out to a bar for the 1st time in a long time to see some Live music that my friends were performing. My friends are part of an 80's Hair Metal Tribute Band. So every song would technically be a DMCA hit on my end. But the issue of this part is that I was the person behind the camera filming a subject. I then took this subject and started to Edit the video and add in graphics and remix the Audio Levels. Just by me doing this is a DMCA? That doesn't seem fair as it's a form of inspiration to a Work of Art I'm working on at that time.

   I personally was on a Long Twitter Thread earlier on 09/28/2021 where multiple Content Creators I stream with said "I really wish I could play <Game Title> on Stream. But at least 1/2 of the music in the game would give me a DMCA.

8. Chat filter that bans new accounts

   Please make a chat filter which allows you to ban users with brand new accounts or accounts that are X days/hours/weeks old (give the streamer a choice.) It will prevent people from harassing streamers who just make new accounts after they've been banned and continue to harass.

9. Copyright on games even though Producer/ Director says its fine.

   I was wondering why is DMCA still being used when the director of the game say that it is fine to stream the content along with the music that is being used. It still doesn't click at all?     I noticed when attempting to login in to my Twitch account with the wrong password an error message stating "That password was incorrect. Please try again" appears. Also, in the case where there is no existing username the page displays, "This username does not exist." This is bad! Never do this! When the username or password is incorrect the page should display "Username or Password was incorrect. Please try again" or something to the same extent. The reason why the to warning should never be separate is a security issue. If an attacker were to try to get into someone's account, the error messages already gives the attacker more information then they should have. Please fix this as soon as possible, thank you!

11. Auto muting streams is bad form

    Getting videos muted for playing in game music is just bad form. Bad form all around. I play SWTOR and even dialogue portions of my broadcast were muted due to this asinine policy.

    Having a leveling system that streamers can set the parameters of leveling So that the streamer has more control over there stream bassed on the level of that person thats in there, the nore they chat and interact the higher the level goes, also makes it easier for mods knowing if they have been in there bassed on the level rather than looking at when they followed, the streamer can even set perks for that viewer when they reached a level in the channel, this if more for putting guildlines in place to safe guard the channels plus make it fully customizable experience for viewers

13. Delete Voy Que Quemo from auto mute bot

    My VODs keep getting muted for no reasone because, guess what? VOY QUE QUEMO IS NEVER IN ANY OF MY STREAMS! I've complained about this multiple times, but any appeals I put through get ignored and none of my e-mails ever get taken seriously when I tell people that my VODs will be deleted in 2 days and I submitted the appeal on the day itself. So either take this song from the list or drag Ricky and Mau to court for abuse, because this is a serious problem. The song getting muted is FREE TO USE and from Kevin MacLeod, it doesn't even resemble the song it claims is in there. I've seen multiple people having this problem with them. They are basically owning a song to themselves that isn't theirs.

14. Will you please check IN-GAME Music in certain video games like Need for Speed and inform users what they're allowed to use?

    I got this more than twice. First in Far cry 2, then in Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005, and now in Star Wars Battlefront II classic. I am wondering if music itself is not allowed here. Please be sure to inform users what games can use music and what games are NOT allowed to use music. Humble request.

    Twitch should implement a watch along for YouTube for streamers like they do for amazon video. This way content creators can still react by having you watch the video alongside them. It would also give the original content creator the views it deserves. Win/Win for both parties.

16. Allow users to avoid DMCA/Copyright takedown by composing their own music

    Allow Musicians to play their own Music that they've composed themselves and have uploaded on Music streaming services or have a copy of the music on their devices that they play the music with.
    For example, I've composed 2 albums that are available on Spotify and other Music streaming services, and I'm still getting my audio muted because twitch doesn't allow any spotify tracks to be played during a stream.

    So, I'm hoping twitch can allow Streamers to play their own music, by adding a portal where they can connect their Music copyrights (email address could be enough), and then play it once the streamer is approved via this portal.

    My friend has gotten multiple hate raids while streaming under the "woman" tag. When she removed the tag and streamed without it, the hate raids miraculously stopped. There needs to be more in place to protect people from abusing tags to send targeted hate.

18. Editing streams from the mobile app

    Hi I was thinking that maybe it would be a good idea that you could make it so people can edit there streams from the mobile app instead of us having to go on the website. Because when we go on the website it cuts off more than half of the stream when we try to make highlights and stuff. Also it would be a lot easier for us to keep an eye on the copyright strike claims also the mobile app can be accessed from without WiFi but the website cannot so that also makes it harder

    Get a deal with music industry or stop taking streamers money from subs and ads.
