In Game Music should not be Muted since it's part of the Game already. If a song is part of the game, it should not be muted. If you're going to insist to have the stupid DMCA filters in place in the first place at least have them set to recognize songs that are in various games so I don't have parts of my stream muted for songs that the game comes with.

Gambling Hello twitch,
Please start enforcing your community guidelines rules regarding gambling as outlined in the October 18th 2022 disclosure. For some reason you choose to ban sites such as "stake" and "rollbit", but allow others that are much worse such as "punt".
The October 18th post states that Twitch will "prohibit any streaming of listed sites that contain slots, roulette, and dice games and are unlicensed in the U.S.", yet the site "punt" is not only illegal in the United States, but they also have no KYC, meaning anyone of any age can play on the site.

ilegal casinos still running and twitch is closing the eyes on their own TOS's.. I have previously submitted reports on over 20+ Portuguese streamers and Iive streams who are engaging in the use of unregulated, illegal casinos in Portugal. Some even demonstrate how to employ a VPN to circumvent country restrictions. Unfortunately, Twitch seems to be disregarding these reports and continues to permit these streamers to promote and participate in these illicit and fraudulent casino activities. It's disheartening.
Apparenty the "trick" to not be banned is not saving the VOD or clips....

Would like to see "ear licking" removed from the ASMR tag. Ear licking is part of the sexual act, and the reason most listeners are listening is, among other things, to masturbate.
Some people say it's "very good for sleep induction," but if you look at the texts of those who are chatting enthusiastically from the beginning to the end of the stream, you know it's not true (even if it's an "unattended live stream" with just looping audio, lol).

Do something to protect against false copyright claims on our streams Protect streamers from false copyright claims. We don't want this to become like Youtube where anyone can just claim your content without any repercussions.
There are hundreds of fake accounts stealing music from video games and voicing rap over it, posting it as original content and then claiming the original video game music as their own whenever it is played on a stream.
Countering it takes entering your full name and address. No way anybody is gonna appeal those muted vods or copyright claims by submitting that info.

Review Submitted Reports A collective place to review and edit (potentially add new evidence), previously submitted reports.
Including, an identifier that marks if a report has been actioned - this would coincide with the emails that inform us if our report has been actioned.

Appeal Review Timeline Suspension appeals should have a clear timeline. Additionally it should be clear that it has actually been recieved & where it is in the process. It shouldnt take months to review a vod "pending" is not a clear acknowledment of reciept let alone a clear communication of expectd timeline. It leaves "innocent" parties hanging in limbo sometimes with slanderous accusations having been made.

18+ or adult only mode, so we can have mature language, violence, nudity, sex and sexual content A mode that is only accessible to verified adults where adults can stream adult content or watch it, adult games are still video games. Adults shouldn't be thrown under the bus just because they like that content and after that one woman got banned twice for having sex live on twitch and came back in short order after raking in obscene money in the process.

Tell people why they are suspended instead of suspending the accou t and not replying to emails regarding said account When you ban/suspend an account without a clear reason and they try asking why and how to fix the suspension, email that person back. Don't ignore it. I have proof that twitch replies to certain emails and ignores others. Twitch is a joke and they play favorites.

Add a warning system to rule enforcement The Twitch Rule enforcement system needs to be updated. The hardline enforcement is incompatible with the "per-case" approach when it comes to users being reported on the platform.

MODS who dont resolve issues between themselves and viewers in a controlled envirenment. There are mods who do abuse their power and selfishly ruin a viewers engagement with the streamer. These specific mods do not attempt to professionally deescalate the negative energy between themselves and the viewer as a solid warning and attempt to improve the understanding between them. Verify that flagged content is actually copyrighted I have two ideas that I think should be considered:
Have a way for streamers to contact Twitch regarding incorrectly identified content.
For Twitch to follow-up and determine whether there is incorrect information in their content checking system.
I regularly get muted audio and an indicator that I have copyrighted music in my audio loop of my stream; however, all of my audio is from the YouTube Audio Library which has already been verified as CC0 by YouTube, and it's freely usable on YouTube or other platforms.

Twitch support/appeals age verification Twitch really needs to get better at responding to emails. My other account got suspended for being "a minor" I sent in an appeal and gave them my information and they said they updated my account but my account is still suspended. I've sent another email over 2 weeks ago and still no reply.
Twitch needs live support or just a better email system. Ignoring emails isn't helpful. It surprises me that a company as big as Twitch doesn't have live support and it can take 5+ days for them to respond to an email. There should be live chat…

A third level to ban evasion Wasn't absolutely sure where to post this, so i am giving it a shot here. I am for the ban evasion idea, however, it has an issue and that is that i still have to ban evaders that want to come and just spam in my chat. Hate Raids I have been working on a solution for the hate raids problem, a problem that led streamers into going for a strike. I have been able to come up with a solution which I believe could solve the problem.
