  1. There's nothing inherently wrong with women (including those who identify as women and female presenting people) with having breasts/nipples.

We all as humans have nipples. Just because someone is a woman, that does not mean she should be required to cover herself while men are allowed to be shirtless without them being shamed for it.

There are women with very little b r e a s t tissue as well as men with enlarged chests (for example gynecomastia or simply being overweight).

If a streamer (regardless of gender) obviously sexualizes themselves on stream (such as groping, sexually moaning, imitating or…

  3. The following two sections of the Community Guidelines should be on the same page so streamers know when they must use the "Pools, Hot Tubs & Beaches" category:

    1st Section

    https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Community-Guidelines?language=en_US#22Attire

    "Standard guidelines

We don’t permit streamers to be fully or partially nude, including exposing genitals or buttocks. We do not permit the visible outline of genitals, even when covered. Broadcasting nude or partially nude minors is always prohibited, regardless of context.

For those who present as women, we ask that you cover your nipples. We do not permit exposed underbust. Cleavage is unrestricted as long as these coverage requirements…

  4. you need to specify more that is inclined for artists to be able to have some body exposure. as long as attire requirements are met for Body Artists and assumingly the same applies for Erotic Dancers. so that means no underbust, nipples, and groin area except, buttocks and the top breasts are allowed to be exposed.

"Fictionalized (drawn, animated, or sculpted) fully exposed female-presenting breasts and/or genitals or buttocks regardless of gender. There is a thriving artist community on Twitch, and this policy was overly punitive and did not reflect the impact of the content." I assume that only these…

  5. I have seen less and less ads around alcohol on twitch which is great its good to see a company pull away from those advertisements as Alcohol is a form of drug it contains ethanol and should be classed under the community policy regarding drug use, tobacco is in the same exact boat as alcohol its classed as a drug since one of the main chemicals in tobacco is Nicotine so its a given that Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana should be classed all as drugs instead of it just being marijuana as the two aforementioned drugs are highly toxic and…

  6. While your recent changes to the Sexual Content Policy are a step in the right direction, I think you should go much further. Streamers should be able to show whatever they want. There is nothing unsafe about provocative imagery. If a viewer doesn't want to see what any given streamer is showing, it is their prerogative to not watch it.

  7. Most of the community twitch (and especially Russian-speaking) is angry about the rigid rules of the platform, we are angry that twitch can ban the channel for just 1 word, while the platform makes absolutely no difference to the context in which the word was said, perhaps the streamer was just reading the news and in the text was a word that does not like twitch, and for the fact that the streamer says this word he will be instantly banned for example for "incitement to hatred" although there was no talk of any incitement to hatred, the streamer just…

  9. Make better decisions when you ban people and look more into it, you always ban my favorite streamers over the stupidest things. They could say one cuss word and you will ban them. Twitch is supposed to be an entertainment platform for all ages and for us older people we are more entertained by someone close to our age, we can relate better and we can engage better but when your banning streamers we watch over the little things, like their adult humor, we tend to get annoyed with your platform. My idea is to make better decisions when you…

  10. Good afternoon. Short feedback about the unilateral support of moderators

I am an adult, I am 30 years old. I believe that I assess the situation as an adult.

The essence of the problem. Most of the major Ukrainian channels have banned Twitch. Because of planned attacks by Russians with complaints, because they hate everything Ukrainian. And the Twitch platform does nothing about Russians who incite hatred.

In more detail, I will explain as an example.
Go to your favorite broadcast, on Thursday-Friday. After the game Arma 3. A military game, a simulator, and see what the streamers are promoting…

  11. Stop letting kids masturbate to half naked women just because they are blocked from **** sites doesn’t mean they can com over to twitch and and do the same thing. You even had girls having sex in twitch. And please promote more African American heterosexual Males like myself on your platform. I’m a fun care free easy going guy that just like to chill and play games. I thought that was the purpose of twitch. I guess the true purpose is to cater to the top 1% because they are the ones that make you money. You don’t care about…

  12. The game itself should be re-evaluated, as it now contains options to censor blood, nudity, and animations in order to comply with Twitch's community guidelines (covering models, changing blood to cherry blossoms, and completely blurring the screen when animations are triggered). Originally, the game was put on the ban list in 2016 due to it not having these features. But now that the game has been developed more, these censor features exist and were made specifically so they would comply with community standards for video/streaming platforms. In addition, Twitch can make it a requirement that all censor features must be…

  13. I recommend Twitch makes all the big streamers sign a contract that says if they ever get caught using cheating software then they must forfeit and return all profits made from streaming on Twitch. (Many cheaters are making millions on Twitch and it is unfair to the rest of us.)

  14. This is not so much an idea as a request for clarification and explanation. On several occasions I’ve tried to submit an emote and had it rejected because of some so-called “twitch guidelines,” then I see male streamer doing the exact same thing (or worse), & absolutely NOTHING was done or said about it. Also, Twitch needs to be more clear on what is allowed at each level because I’ve also had things rejected and had them flat out tell me that what I submitted was not allowed, then I see a partner doing exactly what I was told I…

  15. "As we said above, suspension lengths vary according to important contextual cues, which may not always be obvious externally — but the way we evaluate those suspensions is always consistent for all users."

If these are, indeed, consistently applied contextual clues, there's no reason why these clues shouldn't be publicly posted and / or visible.

Put another way, if these rules are to be totally transparent in their application, no part of them should be hidden. If they cannot be made public, then the word / phrase / implication of "transparency" should be struck from the Community Guidelines lexicon.

    Sorry…

  16. Please ban pack openings (e.g. in FIFA) - It's just as toxic and addicting as Slots which you restricted last week. It advertises gambling to a very young audience. There seem to be double standards.

  17. I would like to give feedback about the crackdown on twitch and gambling. If twitch decides not to support slots/casino streamers. Then you should probably not support gammers in general. No difference in someone playing slots/casino games versus someone who is playing a MMO or RPG that is gambling/rolling stats for an item - it is still gambling if it is real money or fake money. Not to mention the fact that you can microtransaction a lot of stuff in games for in game content/money. Casinos want people partnerships with streamers to bring in players to the casino. Gaming companies…

  18. I don't understand how you can permanently banne a guy for one mistake told chat to put "L" on another stream. but banned a girl for 7 day for having sex in her stream. So what the girl did is not that bad to do on your platform? Help me understand, is this how you treat your content creators and viewers? I'm out

  19. From what I have seen here on Twitch are that streamers among the Furry and LGBTQA+ communities are being punished over nothing and ruins their content. There is a humungous lack of support and equality coming from Twitch moderators as people go and report the named streaming communities emotes, vods, etc. Someone else had pointed out a streamer that is doing a "Just Chatting" and "Cooking" stream but is literally acting sexual towards their chat. Why aren't streamers like this reported, moderated, and removed from the Twitch platform? If they want to go make money by being sexual with their…

  20. A twitch user, let's call him "Racistguy1" shouldn't be able to just make a new account called "Racistguy2" and pick up his harassment where he left off.

Racist trolls are making racist names, then seek out streams to harass under the "African American" tag, probably other tags too I'd imagine, and then follow the channel, so their racist name pops up as a new follower.

The reason I'm making this post is Twitch needs to ban certain name combinations. For example, right now as I type this, there's a troll going around with the name "skittlesboytrayvonmartin" followed by random numbers.…
