Distinguish between block & ignore
Create a difference between block and ignore commands. Ignoring a user should not be treated the same as a block. Ignoring a user would just mean that you do not see messages of a certain user in channels outside of your own and channels that you do not moderate. Ignored users would still stay followed to your channel.

I have been googling for a while to try and work out the difference between these two features. Ignore and Block are both listed in moderation tool articles, but ignores features are also included in blocking, so I'm confused why both exist. Furthermore, you can access a list of blocked users, but not a list of ignored users. This means you may ignore in error with a misclick, see "user ignored successfully" in chat, but never be able to confirm who was ignored so you are not able to undo the action.
I would love for the "moderation tools" help page to clarify the difference between them, add an ignore list for us to use, or even just disable ignores entirely since the commands do essentially the same thing...
