We produce live concerts where none of our music is owned by the rights management companies who claim rights. How to these companies claim rights to Mozart, Beethoven etc? Just because they have recorded a piece from the classical world does not mean they are the owners. Classical music is open domain and if played by expert musicians may get flagged by some Artificial Intelligence which says their "Recording" has been matched. It's not enough or justifiable in a court of law. You (Twitch) need to do more validation and vetting before taking the word of some "Rights) ripping off company.
