Unacceptable usernames I find it completely unacceptable that you are allowing disgusting usernames that disparage other individuals. Please fix this. How can words that are not even swear words be blocked but individuals can make user names or tell other individuals they are less then based on the color of there skin? Please put a filter in place!

Additional Gaming Content Guidelines I would like to see more clarification on the Community Guidlines - Additional Gaming Content Guidelines. It states "Linking to sites that include slots, roulette, or dice games, or sharing affiliate links or referral codes to such sites is not allowed."
This leaves content creators at a guess as to what they can actually do. Can they speak about it? Can they link to their own homepages (and have the links there)? Is any gambling website (non-casino) allowed to advertise still in stream or links?

We need more of a strict change in the Community Guidelines for "Sexually Suggestive Content". I'm a streamer on this platform, and have been for quite a few years. start enforcing community guidelines and create a healthy community. Streamers are constantly streaming sexually explicit content under the guise of exercise, pool activities and cosplay. I was under the impression that Twitch was a platform for entertainers who wanted to create unique communities, not another typical platform for wh**es to exploit underage and easily influenced boys by wearing thongs and stretching. there are platforms for this kind of content, i dont believe twitch needs to succumb to this wave of exploitation like that. Make body shaming an actionable / bannable offense once and for all I'm going to say this once, I want ALL body shaming to be bannable offenses. If I don't mention certain types of body shaming, please don't think that means I don't take it seriously or that I think it should not be included. I decided to make this post after finding out that you get emails whenever a report leads to action being taken. That means 95% of the reports I have made against body shaming IN THE LAST 2 YEARS have had no action taken.

How can we start a dialog about Twitch's inequitable treatment of female streamers? Twitch's changes to acceptable content this year explicitly created different rules for male and female streamers. Where can we start a dialog about what kind of message this sends to both women and those who objectify/dismiss female streamers?

Include DBS checks with affiliate and partner onboarding There is nothing currently in TOS that prevents anyone with a criminal record in casting - including people who have been convicted of race, hate or *** crimes. Make clear the words not allowed by the platform I have a friend who is a beginner streamer who has been banned and doesn't know why. Twitch only reported that he said something that is outside of his policy. I watch all of his lives and I don't remember any time he offended someone else. Showing body parts(******, see through clothing that is revealing. Streamers have been getting away with little to no punishment for things that aren't even allowed on this platform when others (male and female) streamers have been punished more severely for less. We need to make it fair for everyone no one should get special treatment no matter how big their streams or who they are.
Male, female, and all genders should be dealt with equally no one should violate guidelines and reveal naked body parts and get a slap on the wrist, some people can take that as ****** harassment.

Stricter Enforcement of Harassment Rule I'll note that many people have already submitted complaints about Twitch's lax punishments for harassers and abusers, but I'll submit mine anyway.

Political messages/performances In the last year I have discovered on your platform an incresead number of streamers that push agendas or political views through their perfomances. Across time I enjoyed watching others playing and learned interesting things from your streamers but the above mentioned practices have been very tiring.
But my main concern is about the impact of these atitudes on the younger(minor) audience which are very vulnerable, easy to manipulate and influenceable .

A stipulation to Driving Streams Given the terms of service defines driving streams as Self Harm and Injury due to distracted driving, I would want a stipulation added that the streaming device being it a phone or tablet must feature the back of the Driver's head to be evident that the Driver is not a distracted driver.

Don't allow accounts to stream anime or tv shows. Make it easy to report it! There is a trend for people to stream anime series which not only is illegal, since they don't own the content which has copyright, but this will hurt twitch content creators.
Most of these channels are using an illegal streaming website to stream the show on twitch.
If they are using a legal site (for example, Crunchyroll) they are breaking the law by double streaming their content here.
They are not creating their own content, hurting all hard-working streamers that actually put effort on twitch.
The problem is there is no easy way of making a report for this case.…
