Provide directory filter options for raidable channels
The request is to give Twitch viewers an account option (intended for Broadcasters and their moderators to use while browsing) which allows you to see/Display and Filter your searches for other streams on "Channel raidability" information from the regular Directory pages on Twitch while browsing and searching for streams based on various combinations of Tags and Game category.
Also expand the /streams API endpoint to indicate whether Live streams' allow raids by the specified broadcaster, And if so.. what the minimum and maximum number of viewers are and what their restriction options are in order to raid.
Basically provide a checkbox for "Show raidable channels only" As an additional Option we can check for filtering search results -- display what the the current viewer requirement for raiding is at the time when we are looking for channels for current or future raids (On the Twitch directory pages).
Generally when we are planning raids: We are looking for smaller streamers
who have certain combination of tags and/or game category, And often we do not already follow when we are looking for new channels, so we Need a few minutes to look at them and tell our own audience about what they are doing and the raid BEFORE we start the raid countdown, also because the countdown is too short of a timer that the raiding streamer can't control.
The new RAID controls give a lot of question as to which channels a streamer can raid, AND we should not have to go down the list by "Trial and error" attempting to /raid users when ending our streams and failing because of settings we have not been able to check before actually attempting to start the raid. The other problem is the new RAID restrictions make it very difficult to plan which channel to raid; which is necessary, also the countdown timer is not enough time to wrap up, so we need to explain the Raid target to our viewers BEFORE we start the raid, and the new Raid settings make a bad experience ending stream if we can't Reliably find an eligible recipient for the raid
