Cut out specific parts of VOD
One of my biggest DMCA concerns is having to delete an entire VOD because of a few minutes of music. Is Twitch working on a way to cut out specific parts of VODs so that we don't have to sacrifice the entire stream?

Option to mute parts with DMCA music is better than remove video. Unless voice is important, then remove whole part.

Hi, this is called a highlight. It has existed for some time.

Honestly, I'd love to see Twitch take the same approach as YouTube with regards to copyright-claimed music and VoD editing.
If there's a claim that is warranted, offer a beta way for Partners and Affiliates to remove JUST the offending music from the VoD. This is my single biggest win in using YouTube for VoDs instead of Twitch.

They've been muting at risk (of dmca) parts of VODs for a long time. Its just not able to get 100% of songs.
But I would like to see the plans for improving it or offering more options like you suggested with cutting out specific parts of vods.
