We have "Redemption Cooldown Time", "Limit Redemptions Per Stream" & "Limit Redemptions Per User Per Stream". Can we get "Redemption Cooldown Time Per User"

This would be super nice for things like "Free Streamloots Chest" so we don't have one person claiming the entire streams max allotment (in my case, 3 per stream) all to themselves, and allow 3 different people to get one!

There's currently a limit per stream for each redemption. But, it would be great to have a limit of redemptions per user to mitigate any forms of spamming rewards in the chat.
