dont show the predictions notification to people in ineligible country's
Hey guys!
A few days late, but just wanted to reach out to let you guys know that countries that could not participate in Predictions before are now able to with Spectator Mode!
You can find out more information here: https://twitter.com/TwitchSupport/status/1375177568899493890?s=20
We appreciate all the feedback that has been given on this and are super excited to see how the community uses Spectator Mode

I studied Polish law on this matter and found out there is no article that suits Predictions. There is written that the concession is needed in order to run "mutual bets", however according to the definition, "mutual bet" is when one can win money or material prizes, which actually is not a case here - Channel Points are not "money" because points are purely virtual and they can't be used outside of that one channel on Twitch. I don't get the reason why I can't bet on streams I watch when I feel it would be legal.
EDIT: Twitch looked at it for sure, they allowed to predict, although with no points yet. I think at least in Poland it's perfectly legal to do so.

Can you please give us this sh*t?

If people in countries like Poland, Denmark, Sweden etc. can't predict due to their laws, then there is no point in showing them the interface for predictions.

Öngörü sistemini kullanmak için VPN açmak zorunda kalmayalım. Biz de herkes gibi rahatça kendi ülkemizde mobilden, pcden VPN açma gereği olmadan bu sistemi kullanalım.

In the Netherlands where I live you can’t vote on polls. Can you please fix it so I can vote?

In countries such as The Netherlands, you're unable to participate in (all?) predictions. Therefor they shouldn't be shown at all in my opinion, for users from these countries.

I heard places like Poland also can't participate. Wouldn't it work if you just use a vpn though?

Countries in Eurasia like Turkey should also vote.

I think you should make the prediction feature viable in every region.

Please make predictions available in the Netherlands. It is so annoying when a prediction is going on and everyone is excited and you cant participate.

Share this option in Poland! It is idiocy that the gambling law in Poland limits this function, especially since users do not bet money bets, but only accumulate points for staying on the channel.
Where's something risky here, since it's a bogus currency under Twitch that's worth nothing in terms of money.
After all, points cannot be bought for money, but you get them just for staying on the channel and watching the broadcast.
As for you, betting on worthless points is a gamble, so bravo for logic.
Dear users from areas affected by this blockade, ARE YOU FOR THAT TWITCH PROVIDES THIS OPTION TO US? ME YES, AND YOU ????

+1 Our government would never care about some not even boughable points. If it's legal to buy stupid cs:go cases then why not allow to just have fun that hurts nobody,

Those points can't even be bought so why not just enable them in my country? I'm very highly sure that our government won't even care because they are not into internet stuff and it does not break any rules.
