Channel Points Folders with on/off switch
For variety streamers, it would be wonderful to be able to put certain channel point rewards into folders that can be turned on and off with the flip of a switch.
For example, I could put all my "Fallguys" rewards into a "Fallguys" folder. Then the entire folder could be turned on. When I play a different game, I could turn the folder off.
With the current system, we have to go through a huge list of rewards turning each individual reward on and off when switching games. The end result is that many streamers just have rewards that don't always make sense, depending on what they're doing that day.

We absolutely need this. 100%

Adding to this, extensions (like Crowd Control) add some channel point rewards that interact directly into the extension itself, but since the order is by price, they just get lost inside the many redemptions inside the box.
Getting CPR folders for viewers and streamers would help reducing the clutter, organize redemptions depending on their usage, they would help switching from one game to another like OP said, as well as help structuring and creating more creative channel point redemptions.

I have game specific channel point redemptions and they are all mixed in together with general CP redemptions as well. My idea would be to have the creator make a selection for their redemptions to be general or tied to a specific category. General redemptions are always there and the other redemptions would only show up if a specific category (i.e. Sea of Thieves, Rocket League, Just Chatting, etc) was selected.

It would also be nice if rewards in folders were grouped together in the redemption menu for viewers. I have rewards that effect Streamer Avatars, Kappamon, and myself but because rewards are organized by price they're all mixed together

At the moment I feel like Channel Point redemptions can quite easily become very busy and it can be difficult for viewers to find the right redemption.
What I'm suggesting is enabling streamers to categorise redemptions into groups that expand when a viewer clicks on it which would make them tidier and more accessible :) these categories could be defined by the streamer to allow greater control.
Examples would be grouping "Special Effects", "Game-specific Redemptions" and "Make me do Stuff" with relevant redemptions in those groupings.

What I'm suggesting is giving streamers the ability to make category-specific Channel Point redemptions that become visible (or disappear from the list) depending on the selected category that a streamer is in.
For example, some streamers have a "Choose my Costume for X game" redemption. Streamers could configure this redemption to only appear in the list of possible redemptions when their Category is in said game. It could also be possible to make one redemption applicable to multiple categories (if the redemption relates to multiple categories).

Being able to group channel point redemptions would be a HUGE benefit to channels. Currently, I play numerous different games, and what fits for 1 game usually doesn't fit for another, I could be allowing viewers to restrict the use of an ability, pick a class for me to play as, or pick a weapon loadout, these things can be vastly different (or not existant) on different games, or, even on different game modes of the same game.
Minimum functionality would be streamer created groups that we can manually switch between prior to stream, or maybe integrate the change with our stream decks... where a higher level of functionality would be us being able to enable "automatic game switching" where we can tie a group to a game, and when we list that game as the one we are playing, that group is automatically selected.
This will be a HUGE time saver pre-stream, and allow for a more fun and engaging viewer experience as streamers will be more likely to offer game-specific or game-mode specific rewards.

I would like to ability to group channel point in folders that I could toggle on and off so then when I change games they are appropriate for that game/stream.
It could also help with testing channel point integrations without making them available to stream and without deleting them after testing everytime.

grouping channel point redeems sounds great! adding existing rewards into a group/category or multiple group so it can be reused

For each channel point reward, I would like to be able to choose one or more games/categories for which it will be enabled. If I'm streaming a different game, I don't want those rewards to appear in the list for viewers.
This will help streamers with game-specific rewards by removing the tedious task of manually enabling and disabling their rewards before each stream, and help viewers by removing clutter if the streamer chooses not to do that.
If channel point folders/categories are implemented*, this feature should also be applied to those.

The greater possibility of interaction with the streaming of channel points, through third-party programs, has led to an increase in the infinite possibilities of channel points buttons.
To date the only way to make them active or inactive is to select them individually, as long as they are 1 or 2 it does not change much, but when they start to be more than 50 it becomes a bit problematic, so I would suggest the possibility of creating sub-categories, where it is possible to switch off the entire category, without however affecting the possibility of reactivating the single option. -

Many streamers play a variety of games, and some rewards may not be relevant depending on the game being played. So a good feature would be the ability to have preset modes where the availability of certain channel point redeems can be preset. For instance a variety streamer can have a mode for a shooter game, that would include drop your weapon/choose your character and then a mode for just chatting that may include Karaoke or 'say this' redeems.

It would be awesome if we could group certain channel point items together (on the streamer dashboard) to allow for quick bulk activating/deactivating. Sometimes there are instances where I need to pause/deactivate a particular number of channel point redeemables due to the type of stream I'm doing (i.e. video game casual playthrough vs video game speedrun vs just chatting, etc.). This would allow for better overall organization and fine tuning of channel point items that are specific to a stream. Thank you!

I have a varying set of channel point redeems for specific games, and having to grind through the list every day I stream isn't only tiring, but not having categories makes it harder to balance the amount of redeems that are available.
To expand on this, if we were able to get categories both in our management and folders within the channel points redemption widget, it'd allow for much more creativity. As it stands, I am very afraid of putting in all the ideas I have due to the possibility that the amount of options might become overwhelming, not to mention the fact that all the options get scrambled all over the place due to the fact it sorts based on pricing.
For an example of folders within the channel points widget, I'd really like to start merging my stream currencies into just the obvious Channel Points one, but I do not want to change the soundboard redeems I currently have due to the fact it'd start overwhelming the list with just those. If I could simply relegate those to a seperate folder for people to click on, it would be very much straight to the point. Right now, they're relegated to a mostly invisible chat currency hosted by a bot, and I would like to change that.
As for an example of management categories, it'd simply be much easier to be able to toggle a folder off and on, much like you can do with a Group of items in OBS. It'd also be much easier. Please implement both of these!

This is similar to an idea I had which wouldn't be automated like this.
I'm for this or even a simple drop down menu that lets you pick presets, instead of having to enable and disable them on a per-game basis.
So I can have a "Just chatting preset" or a "FPS" preset etc that I define.

It would be awesome to have tiered grouping of channels points options to control redemption cooldowns.
Consider an MMO.
You have a lvl1 skill "fireball", a lvl2 skill "big fireball" and a lvl3 skill "fire-ageddon".
lvl1 has a 30s time out, lvl2 45s, lvl3 60s
If you trigger lvl2 skill, it times out ALL skills ~in this group~ for 45s.
To put it in a simple Twitch context, consider the ad-break redemption. You would like your viewers to be able to offer you an add break of varying length but you don't want the ads to get spammed and you want different timeouts based on the pre-roll ad suspension length.
This would add a level of "gamification" to channel point redemptions and at the same time allow the streamer to control the time outs in a realistic way, relative to both the value of what has been redeemed and its effect on similar redemptions.

Categories would indeed be really nice. You see streamers that have a lot of different rewards for Sounds, Video Effects, etc. Would be nice to categorize them to make them easier to find in the redemption window
