Get back / refund channel points (compensation). I accidentally “spent” ALL of my long-earned 60.8K (Pokémon) channel points on a prediction w/out knowing how it worked in which ended up being a LOSS & because of that ACCIDENT, I couldn’t handle the truth & cried. Because of what I had to unfortunately go through, there should be warnings & such for it being too much like hopefully convincing to get it sorted out back or at least a compensation of some kind for my tragic loss from that accident. Higher the channelpoints multiplier for tier 1 subs As a fellow twitch member and someone who has spent my money buying a sub I personally think the 1.2x multiplier is not enough and I am too broke to buy either a tier 2 or 3 sub. I think a 1.5x multiplier at minimum for a tier 1 sub would fit the price I pay.

Channel Point Multipliers The point multipliers have recently changed so that it is fairer that if you are paying for a higher tier sub, you receive a higher multiplier. Unfortunately, as opposed to increasing the multiplier for higher-tiered, lower tiers had their multipliers drastically lowered to the point of not really being that different from a non-subscriber. Idk how it may look from the pov of Twitch Staff, but from a user, getting 12 points for passive watch time and 60 points for an active watch time bonus while a non-subscriber gets 10 and 50 points respectively just doesn't seem that fair. Tier channelpoint chests You have a chance to get a normal treasure chest and then you also have a chance to get golden and gem treasure chests that give more than the normal treasure chest but the golden and gem treasure chests are pretty rare.

Channel points carry over different streams It would be nice to acquire channel points from each stream and take them into other streams. I watch roughly 6-7 different streamers, some I'm interactive with and others I am not due to redeems being the default and not worth using. I would Like to carry those points that I acquire from certain streams and use the acquired channel points in other streams.

Explains it with an image attached, but for those who don't want to click it; explanation below.
Basically it's a page where you can filter out by ascending/descending order in which channels you have the most channel points in, but it also displays if you forgot to follow said channels and if they're currently live along with their stream titles and displayed stats such as viewers/duration of stream, just kinda like your following/browsing page, but condensed nicely with the addition of being able to sort by channel points.

chat popups/notifications on mobile change hype train and chat poll popups to not increase chat size and decrease stream size unless interacted with or add an option to not have that happen.
Change hype train and chat poll popups to Open the chat and then do the same when the chat is closed/stream is in fullscreen mode. Both issues are infuriatingly obnoxious that should never have been a thing to start with.10 votes -
Channel points bonus box colour My friends vision isn’t so great from the new colour of the channel points bonus box under twitch chat. Is there any way to revert the colour or to change it entirely? Or even just ask to make it a more visual friendly colour again? He suffers from colour weakness and I’m sure others like him or with full colour blindness may find it difficult in seeing the colour of the box. I think it’s more to do with the time of the colour but it causes him physical discomfort.

Developers can get the channel points of a user. It would be great, if a developer can use the channel points of every user in his own bot. I imagined that i can save the points of each user in a database and implement own features in my bot. This would give so much more interaction for the streamer and more fun for the viewers. Win Win.

Channel Point Redemptions Endpoint Is too Restrictive The 'Get Custom Reward Redemptions' Endpoint requires the call to provide a reward ID and a redemptions id/status. This means in order to get a list of the last 50 channel point redemptions for a channel, you have to do a separate request for every single reward available on a channel.
This seems way over complicated to just get the last redemptions on a channel.
Ideally, you could call this endpoint and get the last 50 redemptions that include redemptions of any of the rewards. Then a parameter of offset could be provided to get more redemptions.

Setting to make channel points earned for chatting in the chat box instead or in conjunction with watching. I get a lot of times where viewers lurk and don't chat, yet they earn enough points and want to use the points but they never actually watched my stream till they earn points. I would rather have people who actively watch and chat earn the points instead!

channel points API I talked to StreamElements to get an alert for highlight messages in the new channel points feature, but they said this is not possible because of the API, I don't know how that works, but they said they need the API to make the alert working this will be possible soon?

Channel Point Buying When buying things with channel points, it would be nice if the message for whatever (Example: you bought a poll suggestion with the points) was more visible so that it didn't blend in with the rest of the chat.
