Predictions fail integrity check on logged in browser. Prediction "fails" (status is still 200) with error "failed integrity check."
Almost certainly an interaction with extensions. Happens when logged in appropriately on known device. Does not occur on mobile (Android).

Viewers not earning channel points My viewers are saying that they aren't earning any channel points. No boxes, nothing for viewers, subs, or even tier 2 or tier 3 subs.

Can’t vote and unable to see predictions for multiple vote choices Can’t vote and unable to see predictions for multiple vote choices on android. On iOS I can see them, but it states that the votes are closed when they are active.

Channel Points My viewers cant take a bonus 50 points. We have error and i cant take or rejects rewards.

Reject/refund should allow the user to redeem again Example: I have a Channel Point redeem reward for a Live Learn, set to once per user per stream.
The user selects the reward and types in what song they want.
I say I can't do the song they asked for, and we reject/refund.Currently the user can't try again. It says they blew it.

Redeems not Working for me In many of the streams I follow I cannot redeem channel redeems. Like it gives me no option to, and I know there is not limit to these redeems because other people redeem them with the same sub tier as me. I don't know how to fix this problem because I want to redeem things but it won't let me. I even mentioned it to the streamers and they said that its weird that it doesn't work for me since they have the redeems on. I have no idea what to do.

Blow a Kiss channel points can't be refunded. For some reason twitch isn't listing "blow a kiss" in the manage requests in the mod tools . It shows the other channel point redemptions but not that. Am trying to refund points for someone that used 5000 channel points to redeem a blow a kiss. Please add this to the manage requests tool. thx

not seeing predictions sometimes, only results I will often not see the prediction banner/popup that gives you the ability to navigate to the prediction dialogue. I'll often only see the prediction result/tally, and then later I'll see the congratulations to whomever wins.
This seems to happen most readily when a prediction is started soon after a previous one has ended (often multiple in a row). I believe the new prediction might sometimes start before the win/loss message times out, but I don't think that's necessary to make this happen.
I'm also often signed into several devices on the same stream at once, two of them rather…

Bug with color picker in Stream Rewards Hey!
You see, I chose a color to be the background for all of my rewards.
But when I tried to create a new reward, I found a bug, which I described in the topic title.

You can see that the color code is different, but the circle is in the same position as on the previous screenshot.
It can repair itself, but when I refresh the page, it shows the wrong code again.

Blocked people using channel points Make sure that people who are unfollowed and blocked on your channel not being able to use the Channel Point Rewards. I sometimes remove followers and block them because they're being annoying, rather than banning if I feel like they need a longer timeout from the community. They can just keep on spamming rewards in your channel if they have the points for it. Thank you in advance.

Wettenverlust durch Streamwechsel Ich wette in einem Stream, switche von Pc zu Tablet und gewinne keine Punkte obwohl mein Einsatz weg ist. Das gleiche passiert auch wenn ich vorübergehend den Stream wechsel. Es steht sogar noch da, dass ich gewonnen hätte.

channel point reward icon upload isn't working Uploading new thumbnail images for a channel point reward works and there's no complaint about the file size, until after I hit save. Then the largest size (112 x 112) says "image too large", and the save and cancel button both disappear and seem to hang. The only way to get out is to x out.

Channel Points Hi, I attempted to upload a 112 x 112 PNG image that was 14 KB and an error message popped up. I tried various tools and resizing options but nothing works. Help?
