Hire lawyers who will represent streamers simple as subject says, its suggestion, idea, i am not lawyer, I do not know how easy, hard is that for you, but this is not just attack on streamers, with dmca strikes, deletetion of vods, clips, your site is on the attack, and people who are doing it do not even understand value of your site, that it is not music that people are listening, but rather they are watching games and having some atmosphere in background. You need to stand to them, with streamers, with lawyers, get to agreement with music industry.

Allow us to upload a revised audio clip for muted sections. If we're going to get muted sections due to copyrighted music, at least allow us to upload a revised audio clip for the muted segment. Give the streamer the opportunity to, for example, upload a voiceover to convey what the viewer is missing in the muted section, narrating the gameplay, etc. This revised segment can go through an approval process with Twitch to ensure the voiceover doesn't further violate copyright if need be.

Que Twitch detecte cuando la musica es de un videojuego y no te marque como musica con copyright a menos que la musica sea de un compositor Mientras juegas a un videojuego, hay musica creada especificamente para el videojuego, que esa musica no sea detectada como copyright

copyright issue solutions 1.impose copyright costs on TWITCH subscription fees so that all replay videos with copyrighted music can only be viewed by subscribers
2.Troubleshoot music copyright issues with fees by banning all third-party Donation Apps and allowing only beats(official donation) (doing so on Korean streaming sites)
3.Dividing profits with copyright holders like YOUTUBE

Copyrights and Your Channel I have a problem with the above mentioned article in Creator Camp.
It offers the suggestion to delete all clips if you aren't able to find a clip that might.... MIGHT be infringing on copyright.
Let's say that I am someone who has been streaming on Twitch for a number of years and that my community (to the best of their knowledge) has not been deliberately clipping moments from my stream that infringe copyright.
Suddenly, I get a warning that some piece of my content has infringed copyright and that the offending item has been deleted. I don't get any…

mute vods and clips by default to protect your content creators from the dmca vultures, you should make all vods and clips muted by default pending review and the channel creator could manually un-mute after they have reviewed the content for any potential dmca audio.

DMCA TWITCH SHOULD BE REACHING OUT TO ARTISTS AND GETTING APPROVAL FOR ENTIRE PLATFORM!!! Many many many artists would love to be able to have their music played on as many streams as possible. After all, it's FREE MARKETING!! Twitch should work with these labels who own the rights to make these decisions over the artist, and bring music back to streams. Artists get free marketing, labels make more off of that as ewell as the artists, and viewers and streamers alike get a much more enjoyable product that can also lead them to music they love that they might've never…

A solution to stop music copyright/DMCA strikes for streamers. My idea is to help content creators by stopping their channels getting copy write/DMCA strikes and muted VOD's.
The base idea is that no music will be broadcast from the stream, instead the stream will have an extension to music providers such as Amazon music, Spotify and YouTube Music.
When the viewer uses the extension they will be given a copy/paste link that can be used on the music streaming service which will allow them to listen to whatever music the streamer is currently listening to.
This would work like a radio station that the streamer has full control over,…

Improving upon the Twitch Audio Algorithm I believe that the Twitch Audio Algorithm meant to catch and mute copyrighted material should be improved upon.
Many streamers have had parts of a VOD muted due to a copyrighted song, even though that song is a part of the game, and is in-game audio. The streamer likely paid for the game, so they aren't streaming the game with that song in it for free.
I believe the Algorithm should improve upon looking for audio that is both inside and outside of the game, OR, whenever the Algorithm checks for copyrighted material, a real person needs to give the…

A Feature to deactive/restrict/reactivate the clips creation Because of this clip thing and the strike when you hear music in the clip copyright, I had the idea that you as a streamer can restrict the clip function or deactivate it immediately and reactivate it if you want

Listen to Music with Viewers (Prime Viewers only) Similar to the Watch Party. This way Streamers could share music with some of the viewers (prime members) without this whole DMCA problem because only viewers who have access to the songs anyway can listen to them.
The only issue would be how you would handle that the streamer hears the music too, without making it audible for nonprime members. But this way people would still have to pay somewhere to listen to the music to give the artists credit and at the same time it would improve the quality of streams. In my opinion, this would even help musicians…

Auto skip feature for watching vods which become muted due to copyright. When watching a vod, which I do plenty. It can be annoying to try and scroll through the small time slider to reach the end of a break where music has caused copyright and the vod is muted. A prompt saying would you like to skip to when the vod is no longer muted would be very helpful.

Beginner's Guide to Music Usage Copyright Laws Thanks for putting together Creator Camp in the first place! It has a wealth of resources and gives me more confidence to get started.
One thing I would like more information about is how to avoid copyright issues with playing music on my channel while streaming. I know some streamers do this already and I would like to know their workarounds (especially since listening to certain kinds of music is a big part of my life and personality).

Stop people from streaming copyright protected movies in the game category "The Movies" People use the game category "The movies" which is for the game with the same name as a platform to stream copyright protected movies. It's just a matter of time until someone will notice it.
People stream there Deadpool movies, The whole Indiana Jones saga and Twitch didnt even notice until now and its going on for months now.
Please stop these people and make clear that category is not for streaming movies but for a game called "The movies"
