Allow a licensing-type option that automatically adds links to the official store for music when it is played.
It seems that the motivation behind the RIAA et al. sending these notices is that they think people are going to watch these streams to listen to music, instead of buying it or listening to it on existing music streaming services. Which is obviously silly, but it made me think that linking back to the official license holder's store or a way to purchase/listen to their music as it comes up in a stream may pacify them. So people who take this option when streaming would be allowed to play music as long as links came automatically in chat, and users that liked a track would immediately be able to find out more about it and other similar tracks, and go to the places RIAA et al. want them to be to listen to it.

I've already made this suggestion which is a great idea. It would take work and the copyright laws would need to be changed to follow it up and not impede it. Youtube could've also had this. Below was my idea on it.
if twitch had tools to promote the music on stream with links to the music well that would be better. Games that have copyright music in it could be listed on the twitch platform & the streamer could use the game tag so all the songs from the game is listed on the stream to buy.
with the case of the music getting pirated well artist and music companies ect will still at least get some of the revenue and the streamer could promote it more in their stream, the bigger the streamer, the more it sells. no need to copyright stike when there's money to be made instead of no money being made
Also if you improve the platform so your Bot recognises the song played in stream or in the background even if a song is played a little well it will list the song in the music tab with a timestamp which would be incuded in the vod so everybody can see it and has the option to purchase the song. It's a good way to promote with a clear music listed tab that the viewer can view/easily click.
There should also be a music partnership that when the streamer meets the requiredments they will get a very small cut of the songs revenue from links ect listed on their stream/vod. Plus the more songs sold from their stream/vod "partnered/unpartnered ect" should help their channel to grow and get promotes and notice ect. Even a reward tier.
Twitch could even do sponsored music so streamers could promote music anything related. That could be great revenue like they do with sponsored games.
