  1. Seeming some songs on Spotify are blocked by Twitch due to copyright issues perhaps we could get an app or something where we can put a URL for a Spotify playlist and it checks wither a song would be blocked or not, this way we could tailor playlists to be free of copyright infringement but still suit the vibe and style of our streams. Sadly there is nothing we can check songs against at present so this would be a great way to work it.

  2. First of all, I'm unsure if this in the right section? (please move to right location if not)

    Anyway, we all like watching our favourite streamers right? Some play music and some either don't or play Non copyrighted music for legal/ad friendly reasons.

    I would like a 2nd volume control option on the video player itself that is JUST for music that the broadcaster can stream thier music to.

    Benefit for the broadcaster;

    • Can stream normally and listen to their music without fear of being unable to monetise later. This secondary volume control feed would not be part of archive…

  3. Watching your fav streamer is great but sometimes their music choice just does not work well. I suggest having a separate audio channel for streamers who are playing music in the background. By creating a separate channel (or w/e the right word is) the viewer can mute the music w/o having to mute the whole stream.

  4. A lot of streamers use Nightbot for music. If Twitch could work with them so that music is overlaid over streams only while they're live, but not saved, that could fix the problem with copyrighted music causing VODs to be muted. We could also export to YouTube without having to worry about copyright either. I believe this could be easier to implement than multiple audio channels. You would probably want to scan the VODs for copyrighted music anyway, but at least this way it's likely streamers won't have music in their VODs.
