Bigger font of ratings in "Rated" list Currently, there are ratings displayed in "Rated" list (https://www.igdb.com/users/<username>/lists/rated). However, they are written in too small font. Originally I wanted to suggest to display ratings, because I didn't notice them at all. The main thing someone would go to this list is to see what ratings user gave to certain games. So, it would be better if those ratings were displayed in bigger font and maybe not in grey color.

Hey! yes that’s a good point. The automated lists (Want/Playing/Played/Rated/Reviewed) are all very old and in need of a big revamp.
Displaying the rating with our star rating for example would be indeed better suited than a grey number. While Lists feature upgrade is definitely something we want to do, it’s not currently in our short term roadmap unfortunately. We’ll keep the community in the loop as soon as we tackle that!
Thanks!

Localize game poster art Like Steam offers, there should be localized posters. Chinese posters, for example, will often have a completely different name and/or different brand logo.

Game revisions Game revisions (like Alpha, Beta,1.0,1.1,1.2,2.0, etc) would be good for reviews, because the game can change since someone reviewed the game. Even old games have revision (Rev 1, Rev 2, like in the No-Intro notation). It is not a particularly needed data point, but some games change a lot with time.

Personalized game recommendation to edit As means of promoting game editing, there could be a game recommendation for the user. It would be based on the game pages the user visited, the games the user rated, etc. A notification could appear on the website with the recommendation, and there could be a place in "Karma hunters" for some more recommendations.
It would certainly help with many more game info missing, as the person would be prompted to help with something they most probably know.3 votes -
Removing Regional Divisions as Publishers There are alot of titles that seem to list multiple divisions as publishing arms for each region. While this can make sense for Developers like Ubisoft Montreal or Shanghai that are responsible for the creation of the game, it makes less sense for Publishers that serve as regional PR wings.
Ex. "Sega" vs Sega of Japan, Sega of America, Sega of Europe.

Show a toggable list of mods of the in the main game page. A list of mods could be shown as toggable to not mess with the layout of the page, since some games have an extensive mod library (I'm looking at you Super Mario World and Super Mario 64).

Incorrect game data for Snack World It appears the API result for Snack World (https://www.igdb.com/games/snack-world-the-dungeon-crawl-gold) is incomplete, as it is missing images, release date, etc.

Upcoming releases using advanced search There is the coming soon section which can be filter by platform but there is no way that I can find to see if there are upcoming games for a specific genre. Having the feature will be a nice way to discover upcoming games of a specific genre a person might like which they are not aware of.
Easiest solution I can think of is in advanced search it would be nice if there was a field for "not released" or "coming soon" in the years section. Any game which is not cancelled and is not less than or equal…

Fix Twitch categories for IGDB games with the same name IGDB can handle games that have identical names. A well-known example is DOOM (1993) and DOOM (2016). The actual name of both games is just “DOOM”.
However, Twitch itself apparently can't handle this properly:
• If you type in one of these game names in the video editor's category field, two entries with that name will show up, but both will have the same cover art.
• If you use the normal twitch search for categories, two entries with that name will show up with different cover art, but they both link to the same category.
• Using one of…2 votes -
Search by player count It would be nice to add an option to search for game that let you play either multiplayer or co-op with X amount of people.
Here is our problem as of right now:
We are looking for a game to play as a friend group, however when you look for co-op games there is no way to quickly sort for game's that allow for lets say 4 or 5 players to play together. or with BIG multiplayer game to look for games that allow for x party size.

Add humble store as possible external website Having a link to a game's humble store (https://www.humblebundle.com/store) page would be nice as quite a few streamers are humble partners as well.

Keeping the game category consistent The Binding of Isaac: Repentance has 2 same categories of itself for some reason, whilst being the same thing.
It should only be 1 category imo to prevent confusion

Allow sorting by times played or number of ratings It would be a better way of showing which games have been played and which have ratings skewed by less amount of plays.

[Mockup included] Enable the viewing and creation of ratings from within a list Make the rating stars on the game page visible from the game's position on a list so that it can be rated without having to open a new page for every single game.
Here's a mock-up in list view:
https://imgur.com/a/W80TFQUFor grid view, a similar approach to letterboxd's database could be taken:
https://imgur.com/a/tsu3JO6This website has a much more robust database than IMDB, but it has a huge disadvantage in how much slower it is to make ratings.
Having to go to each games individual page to make a rating is extremely tedious, especially for new database users who have…

Add More Classification Systems Currently only seven classification systems are supported, even though this may cover a "majority" of Classification Systems around the world, at least six classification systems are missing out and some are important to several cultures strict guidelines and customs,

Classification Title/Entry Searching Links Currently when you're adding a Classification rating to games you cannot find a link to search for the title on the available classification system whether that be GRAC, ACB, ESRB, PEGI, CERO, USK or CLASSIND, I think it would be beneficial to have a link next to the titles, for example; "USK (German Standard) - Search For Title Here", the text "Search For Title Here" would be a link to the following URL: "https://usk.de/en/?s&jump=usktitle&post_type=usktitle" or another example; "ClassInd (Brazilian Standard) - Search For Article Here", where the text "Search For Article Here" would be a link to the…

Upcoming games should have the "Played" and and "Playing" option available I don't thing it's a good thing that you greyed out the options to add an upcoming game as "Played" or "Playing". Many of these games have demos or betas available to try them and we won't be able to track them.
