I have been affiliated for almost a year now, and I am getting frustrated with how emotes are being rejected or approved. I seriously do NOT understand how Twitch can allow gasm emotes with drool, a hand slapping a butt, etc for so many other streamers (seemingly those that make Twitch more money than us smaller streamers) yet I have an emote that is Indiana Jones whipping a peach that is rejected and I even made my channel for mature audiences only. Obviously we all know, as adults, what my animated emote is alluding to but it is WAY less obvious than emotes that have ACTUAL butts and things like that. It seems SERIOUSLY unfair. Not to mention there are basically pornstars (IE Amouranth) that are allowed to wear revealing bikinis while like on Twitch and doing EXTREMELY suggestive actions but they make Twitch tons of money so it's clear that there is financial favoritism occuring which, to me and many others, is messed up and not okay. I DEMAND that if you are going to have extreme rules, then they MUST be applied to every single person on Twitch, period.
Please advise and let me know how I can KNOW without doubt what emotes I upload are going to be rejected (and do not copy and paste TOS to me because it's not that cut and dry since some people are allowed more explicit emotes and media and some aren't), because I will employ legal action if I am suspended or get flags on my account over trying upload emotes that continually get rejected unfairly compared to others which is a clear act of discrimination.

Y'all need to stop sexualizing everything. Booty emotes should be acceptable. What message are you sending? We all got a booty and we like to shake it. It's called dancing. Or, shit, human anatomy. It's not that serious. At least make it to where folks over 18 can use and see those emotes. Y'all high key trash for doing all the extra weirdo shit. How's that for feedback?

We should not have have an option of 18/21 or over if we can’t even have grown emotes. However then sucking of the ear for ASMR is definitely okay? Yeah naw. Bring ‘em back.

I've had several nonsexual fully clothed emotes removed for no reason .
i support this feature i would love to keep things that i pay for .
there's way worse things you allow on this platform in the asmr section but cartoon butts you draw the line?

as a person who had there emote removed for being more adult themed i def would love this alot of us is 18+ mature content why keep penalizing us and our brands

When you view my stream, and are not subscribed; there is a box that comes up, indicating that the stream is for mature viewers. Why does that not exist for emotes? Age & phone verification are a thing, if our streams are already for mature viewers there's no reason we can't have mature emotes. We all may be mad here; but we're all adults too.

With everything that is allowed on twitch, cheek emotes is where you draw the line? If you are going to have a twitch after dark anything, the least you can do is consider this.

There are much more harmful things on the platform. If a streamer states their channel is 18+ a booty emote is not offensive. Focus on protecting people from the hate raids that are still happening.
