More emote groups
I would like to see the ability for affiliates and partners to have access to more emotes, but more than that I would like at least 3 new groups of emotes for people that are or are not subscribed to my channel.
1. Emotes for Followers, but not a subscriber
2. Emotes for VIPs
3. Emotes for Moderators
This will allow for greater diversity and I believe will spread more awareness for affiliates/partners channel as more users will be using their emotes across the platform.

This suggestion is quite similar to the one I was thinking of, but goes even further. So I'll vote this up instead of posting another thread.
I want 1 Emote that can be used by any of my FOLLOWERS. idc about special ones for Moderators or VIPs, but I'm not against it either. FOLLOWERS is the only one that I feel is truly NEEDED.
One specifically for FOLLOWERS would spread awareness of channels and help out the little guys more.
Oh, and I mean FOLLOWERS of ANY Channel. ALL CHANNELS should get 1 free slot for an Emote (granted, this will bog the system down a tad, but also allow people to get noticed so they have a chance to grow and prove their value).
I'm not sure how the Emote System works when someone gets to a higher level, like Partner or Affiliate. From what I read, I guess you get 1 of each tier when you go up to Affiliate? Eh, doesn't seem quite right. I don't see any need for higher Tier Emotes on small channels. Let them have more basic Tier emotes.
More Basic Tier Emotes would allow more chances for smaller channels to grow due to greater access.
I almost forgot.
There are a lot of people who simply cannot afford a subscription even to a single channel. They have to sit there, emoteless, and feel bad about it. I want to make everyone feel welcome, and included. And that means having at least ONE Emote that anyone can use, IF they at least FOLLOW my channel.

In all honesty, baby streamers aren't getting tier 3 subs anyway. I'd graciously accept no new emotes for tiers 2 and 3 in exchange for op's idea or even 3 emotes for tier 1.Twitch has been great to me so far but the emote system so far has been 1 my only 2 annoyances.

The idea is that there is 1 emote slot for a Follower and 1 for a VIP and 1 for a Moderator. A Moderator would have access to Moderator and VIP emote.
As a streamer I have control over who I make VIP and Moderator and would like to give these people an emote to brag with in my and other channels. The majority of emotes, and definitely your better emotes would be reserved for subscribers.
Also if a streamer does not want to give an emote for followers, vips and/or moderators that should be his choice. Each of these groups would be optional.
