Let the streamer have access to follower emotes

I’ve seen creators in the beta mention that they don’t have access to the emotes since you cannot follow yourself on Twitch. Therefore, the creator wouldn’t be able to use their own emotes in their community, as they are not a follower of the channel. Please allow creators to have access to those emotes too!!

    Have the same problem. Cant follow myself so wather myself nor my Streamlabs can use them in chat. Would be great for shoutouts or simple interaction with the chat to be able to use them.

    My follower emotes do not show for me as well. I am glad I found this thread.

    I am also unable to access my follower emotes through the menu, however when I type one of those emotes out it does appear in the chat window

    Hey hey, I don't seem to have access to my follower emotes either, on any platform. I hope this can be fixed soon!!

    I have looked at my channel both on desktop and mobile, and don't seem to have access to my follower emotes on either.

    Edit: typing out ":thelit31" in the chat gives me access to them, but on desktop only. They are not available in the emote menu on either.

    I recently was added to the Follower Emote Beta and uploaded new emotes, rearranging the Sub emotes, Bit Badge emotes, and Follower emotes. As the content creator, I do not have access to these Follower Emotes. Is this something that is being looked at moving forward or something you can help me gain access to? It would be great to use 5 more emotes when interacting with my chat throughout my streams.

    I can’t use the follower emotes either and they aren’t showing up for my wife either (who is obviously following me)

    Hi!
    I have this feature and I cant see the emotes in the emotes tab in the chat box. "I think its a BTTV thing" BUT I am able to use my follower emotes from typing out the emote name by hand. Hope this clears some things up for people.

    Same problem here. I turned four sub emotes into follower emotes (I have instant upload), and they're gone from my own emote list.

    As a streamer who has this feature I can assure you you can use your own follower emotes.
