They aren't available for mobile. Seems to work fine on PC and they are now available for me on there as well.

I am having that same issue with my follower emotes.. I also have long time followers that do not see them either but some followers can see them. It seems very arbitrary on who in my channel can view the 2 I selected to be follower emotes.

I'm currently facing the same issue, I cannot use my Follower Emotes but Everyone else can fine, hopefully this is a simple bug that can be fixed

I can use my follower emotes by typing them, but in the emote selector it states I must follow my own channel. I would assume that I should also be able to select these as I uploaded them.

I have the follower emote Beta but I am unable to use them myself. One of my followers (not currently subbed) also could not see them on stream Wednesday night. Any news or follow up on this?

I just noticed I have this problem as well.

I still don’t have access even messaged Twitch support. They told me to delete bttv which has nothing to do with not being able to use my own emotes. Even on mobile I can’t see them which you can’t even use bttv on mobile. Pretty frustrated that I was told I can use them but still can’t and have had zero actual help resolve this.

Yes I also cannot access my own follower emotes. It is really odd! Thank you for starting this thread!

Just want to clarify for some people, I am in the beta and have an email from twitch confirming so. The emotes do not show up in my emote picker on mobile or PC. The only way I can select them currently is by typing out the code on PC.

I can use my follower emotes if I type them in manually but they don't show up in the quick selection in twitch chat. They do however show up in my obs chat quick selection but it is locked and tells me I have to follow my channel to use them, which obviously I can't.

But again. Typing the emote shortcode directly into chat still allows me to use it.

Just want to clarify for some people in the comments that the Follower Emotes are in BETA!! This means only selected affiliates or partners have access to them right now. If they’re not available for you to upload on your dashboard, you do NOT have access to the BETA, and will have to wait for it to be released on the platform to all creators. If you have access to the beta and cannot use your follower emotes, comment so Twitch can help you!!

I uploaded follower emotes, but they aren't available in my channel. I was told to report this here. Hope it gets fixed, so my followers can use them!

Having this new followers emote beta is a great idea, but all my new emotes are still only available to subscribers. My understanding is if someone subscribes they will have access to these five emotes without subscribing. Am I misunderstanding this. Please help me understand

I can't use my follower emotes!

I was invited to the follower emote beta a few days ago and built some new emotes for the slots. Unfortunately, since we can not follow ourselves these emotes are unusable by us, the streamers. Please unlock follower emotes for the streamer themself! I uploaded several emotes to my channel today only to find out I couldn’t use them. I wanted specifically to give my followers my raid emote, but that makes it unusable by me, the one person who is always in the raid.

I am having the exact same issue that i am an affiliate person on twitch and i have yet to receive the follower emotes on my channel and i have been looking forward to this being available on my channel buy they aren't available at this time being and i have been checking on a daily basis on my emotes page on my dashboard and they have yet to be added and i was wondering when they will be added onto my channel?

Hi! I have this issue as well. I am unable to see my own follower emotes from the emote picker. Typing out the emote code in the chat does cause the emote to appear in the chat window.
