More Customization Options for the Video Tab

As a streamer, I want to have the ability to disable shelves such as "Recent broadcasts" and enable only custom collections or "Recent highlights and uploads", or "Popular clips".

    AGREED - I don't want to have the 'All videos' or the 'Recent highlights and uploads' shelves... at least give the option to hide them if they can't entirely be removed.
