This is Midgalicis on Twitch, and I would like to know your Marketing/Communications/Partnerships Manager /Events Staff (APAC).
We, the Twitch Streamers from the Philippines, would like to make Twitch Con MNL happen. We are passionate and eager to know the other Twitch Streamers from the Philippines & South East Asia. Our eagerness to make the event happen when CONQuest 2023 didn't live up to our expectations.
There should be Artist Alleys, TAGAlleys (a Wordplay for Tagalog, a common Dialect in the Philippines, and Triple A Games, another term for Battle Royale Games), DEIty's Realm (or Advocacy Area for Diversity,…9 votes
Because not everyone sees the posts by the specific meetups, have people sign up for email notifications for their specific countries that give updates for the meetups they want to attend3 votes
Hey, for the past two (probably more) cons I know of several creators who are being called by the wrong pronouns. Would it be possible to have anyone who attends future cons add pronouns that will be displayed (large enough) for others to see to try an prevent this from happening in the future.13 votes
During this TwitchCon, there were so many great conversations and inspiring stories. In every presentation I got to attend online, the guests introduced themself, some even shared where to find them online (but nothing linked in chat). There was a seemingly void of conversations (Un)Moded chats, a huge missed opportunity for connections and networking. Why is there not a TwitchCon Mods spurring conversations during and between presentations & discussions? Why are there no Shout-Outs for the Panel Guests? Even as simple as posting their link to their stream by the Mod? A few speakers had QR codes, that were on…4 votes
When I was in middle school there was this trip where was included in the price, hotels, attractions, travel, ect.
It would be GREAT if twitch would host trips throughout the year, maybe a bunch of streamers can get on this package, and twitch can host a large meetup with maybe the bigger streamers who want to go so everyone can stream, have fun, relax, and meet people.
Maybe twitch can group folks up and give them a streaming backpack as well to go off and stream some stuff in a group.
Support shrugged me off to here, and general category is locked, so this is some issues regarding the recent Participation Ceremony
Here's a link to the recent VoD https://www.twitch.tv/videos/885370340 and this is a quick list of some potential issues:

I Thought Of A Idea It would be cool if every year Twitch handed out a golden Kappa award at Twitch con to a streamer who has raised money for charity or done a good deed as a way of Twitch saying congratulations on doing a good deed17 votes
Not sure how far this will go up but a road race (cosplay theme, whatever) would be a great addition to twitchcon. Inspires a healthy lifestyle, friendly competition- all that jazz. Think it over. Plenty of companies who’d jump at the opportunity to put on a cool event.5 votes
At TC you have your premium perks for Affiliates and Partners. People who gift subs are supporting not only their favorite streamer, but Twitch as well.
I don't know the metrics on gift subs, so I couldn't say if a perk should start at 100 gifts, 500 gifts, 1000 gifts or if it should be tiered, but it would be nice to do something for sub gifters.27 votes
After personally attending Twitchcon 2019, I was blown away with how loving, accepting, and enjoyable the event felt. I also became aware of an opportunity rising to the surface. I heard many attendees stating their need to find a quiet place to "regroup" and relax in such a stimulating environment. I am excited to share my ideas regarding what this space could consist of and how it could best serve people.
TwitchCon 2020 Quiet Space
Two potential names for the space:
If Assonance is prefered
If Alliteration is prefered
A Quiet place for people to…26 votes
A sound bath session where the attendees are in the their PJs with a yoga mat and blanket (maybe twitch branded versions) where they lay on their back with the lights really low and RubyTrue provides a relaxing end to the night with singing bowls, chimes, and various musical instruments.24 votes
a TwitchCon in either Australia or the Asia Pacific region.
if not a stand alone con, maybe partner with OzComicCon or SupaNova50 votes
Let me begin by saying, the gift a sub thing was absolutely amazing. But, I have friends who can't come to twitchcon simply because they can't afford a 3 day ticket. I think that Twitch is about building a community, and allowing friends to hang out with other friends in a small area. I think by gifting TwitchCon tickets, you can:
- Encourage people to come.
- More people at your event.
- More exposure.
- Building a better community.
- More people to buy your merch.
- Don't see your idea?
