16:10 and 4:3 Aspect Ratio support By default in Twitch, 16:10 and 4:3 aspect ratio streams always appear with black bars because the stream "window" is 16:9 (except if viewed in fullscreen on a matching aspect ratio monitor).
Would it be possible to get the stream window to adjust automatically to the aspect ratio ?
Youtube already do it (4:3 or 16:10 video will have a different window to match the aspect ratio).3 votes -
A way to show who's starting and is consistent Maybe the new streamers that are consistent in schedule, streaming time, features on chat, should be rewarded having a better visibility, meaning that they could be more easily discoverable by viewers.

Multi language stream info and panels. It would be great to be able to create multiple stream info pages so that with only one click on a little button (ENG/DE/whatever) the viewers are able to switch to their respective language. Of course the streamer has to set these pages himself (no auto transaltion). For example I will stream in german most of the times but I have no problem with speaking english. But it is kind of hard to choose for me if I write my channel info in english or in german.

Help denote the best recommended streaming quality settings for console streamers Streaming on a console can be spotty in quality regardless of internet speed, because of this It'd be nice to know what console streamers recommend doing when troubleshooting this problem. Whether it's getting new equipment or changing certain settings.

Backup stream, i.e. failover /secondary ingest URL/server? At this time, it appears if you want to fail over to a secondary stream, you can stream with two clients. When you have primary to secondary failover, if primary returns, you still are on secondary stream.
Other platforms fail back to primary.
I have been contemplating a workaround with the auto host functionality and a second channel?

Directly add overlays through Twitch. That ^^^. It'd be sweet, and I can't imagine it would be too hard, relative to what you already do. Please do it.

follower mode button On the broadcast control page, by pressing the button for the "only for followers" mode, the "for all followers" mode immediately turns on. However, I would like to enable the "30 minutes" mode, and this function is already in the settings, but it does not interact with the button on the broadcast control page. Make it so that when you click on the button, the mode selected in the settings will turn on (10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 day, etc.)!

Small Channel Recognition and Easier Way to Navigate Through New Content For me, I like to discover new and unique streamers and streams but it's difficult to find and scroll all the channels by going back and forth on pages. Is there any way to implement a feature in the browse tap that is similar to the front page of twitch, that can switch to the next stream in one click. Also trying to randomize the switch to get more awareness to newer and smaller streams looking to get a chance to experience what it's like to have greater viewer count on their channel. This can help the streamer to learn…

Video editing on the collections page I think videos should be able to be edited while users are on the dashboard's collections page.

Cycling through channels with a time limit I think there should be a category where streamers get put into this "red hot" zone, where they will be exposed more on the directory when in hardcore "endgame" situations and will present themselves to new audiences.

Customize or expand length of time for "recently streamed categories" The current "recently streamed categories" section appears to only take a couple of weeks into account. Since it's easy for us to show/hide these categories in our channel settings, it would be nice to expand this time period to showcase some additional games. Maybe a couple of months would be a good window. This section of the new profile pages feels pretty empty when there are only 2 or 3 games listed.

MAKE IT EASIER TO DELETE STREAMS! It took me an hour to figure it out the first time on my phone, and I have to go into my browser on my phone, request desktop mode, and then go to ONLY the video producer to delete a stream.
Can't delete from App, can't delete from main channel. Completely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
My internet messes up or I have a bad round that's frustrating and I have to jump through all your hoops to get it fixed and delete the trash streams. I hate it.

Video producer - Allow us to soft-censor or hard-censor our VODs In some games perhaps there is another voice chat user that starts using really unacceptable words or even have inappropriate images (e.g using an in game custom "spraypaint" that is basically ****, or a profile picture).
I would like to suggest adding a "VOD Editor" which, like the highlight editor, you can select a range of the video (and zoom in, to narrow the ranges), and be able to soft-censor or hard censor the video.
A soft-sensor on the video would apply a blurring effect to it, where the entire video becomes blurry.
A hard-censor would be replacing the video…

They should do the reverse. Big streamers who have crossed that threshold - should take 50/50. Those who are smaller streamers, should take Big streamers who have crossed that threshold decided by creators - should take 50/50 in subscription payments. Those who are smaller streamers, should take 70/30. That would be a more appropriate way of doing things.

Stream markers for clips We currently have stream markers available, but only when doing highlights. You can't see markers when doing clips. It would be nice to have a menu similar to highlights, but for clips.
