At one point in time you came up with the idea to sell affiliate status and it upset people who had to work hard to get it. This shows people that the affiliate status doesn't mean much to you as a company if you were willing to sell it.

Now the average viewer part is killing small streamers and the achievement system is this make believe goal that streamers are supposed to feel good about when they accomplish it but all it does is allow them to monetize to which you, Twitch, take a portion of what they make (if they make anything) so...

why not make affiliate easier to achieve? It would literally just put more money in your (twitch's) pockets and make your users happier while then creating a more Darwinian system where those who can actually get follows, viewers, and subs would grow and the others would fade out.
