AVERAGE VIEWERSHIP IS NOT ACCURATE

i am struggling to even become an affiliate because of this.. i have an average of 4-7 in chat yet my stream summary comes out saying i have an average of 2 viewers for a one hour stream where 4 people were constantly typing to each other.. ITS NOT POSSIBLE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE THIS IS DETERING NEW STREAMERS

    I would post a photo of the 8 people listed in the users tab but i cannot upload images here. i do not carry an average of 2 viewers, or even one for that matter! not once was there only one person in my stream... what is going on ***PLEASE DEVS THIS HAS TO BE A GLITCH***
