Average Viewers & Max Viewers showing wrong information

In Stream Summary, Average Viewers & Max Viewers is always showing 0 & 1 respectively. How it could be possible, when my Unique Viewers & Live Views always shows nearly 10. It is unacceptable & not understandable. Average Viewers & Max Viewers is showing Wrong Inaccurate Information. Please Correct it

    Best way I did it, was use a viewer count on my stream it shows me how many are actually there and it helps me know that im actually doing good or not.

    I am having the same problem. Averaging 4 to 5 viewers a stream and getting lucky if it counts 1 of them.

    I have noticed the same thing. It said I had 0 view today but I was chatting with someone the whole time and had max views of 10.

    yeah, i am struggling to even become an affiliate because of this.. i have an average of 4-7 in chat yet my stream summary comes out saying i have an average of 2 viewers for a one hour stream where 4 people were constantly typing to each other.. ITS NOT POSSIBLE ***PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE THIS IS DETERING NEW STREAMERS***

    New Viewers are following me. I'm getting new & more followers. But my followers showing wrong information. It still showing the same as it was showing before i got new followers. It should show accurate info. Plz correct it.
