correct viewer count towards affiliate
several people I speak to during streams are having the same issue, we have 5+viewers but only showing as 1 or 2 making it harder to hit affiliate average of 3, this should either be fixed or taken out of the affiliate system, help smaller streamers to create a small fan base. we stream everyday putting the hours up but the view count down as the stats are incorrect making it impossible to hit what's asked on average.

So currently Twitch algorithm for finding avg viewers per stream is minutes watched by actual viewers and divided by minutes streamed. This average is then put on that specific day.
Yet when factoring avg viewers over the month, it factors in those averages on a daily and doesn't account for if you didn't stream that day. In fact if you don't stream it gives zero for avg and that is factored into your avg viewers over the month penalizing you.
It should find your average viewers of 30 days by the same algorithm of total minutes watched over that 30 days divided by the total streamed over that same 30 days.

My followers on the path to affiliate reads 102/50 followers following(This is incorrect) I currently stand at 149 followers.
I also think my average of viewer readings is incorrect of an average of 1.63/3 out of 24.83 hours when I'm live the lowest amount of viewers i have read is at least 2 or 3.
I'm trying my best to get affiliated and have only been streaming for 5/7 days even though again it says 4/7 (Maybe because of different time zones here in the uk?)

I'm having a higher viewer average and follower count than the achivements page is showing to me.
Event when I hit the link which is presented directly at the achivement "30 day statistics" It is showing different viewer counts and streaming time for the last 30 days (which are more correct in my opinion).
But the stats on the achivements page itself are totally wrong - they show much less than it's actually.
For example: 30 day stats show 4.0 viewers and the achivement goal shows 2.86I know that I had this month more than 4 viewers and that statistics should be correct then and the value of the achivement is wrong. Also if I sum up my streaming time this month I'm above 30 hours - that is also reflected by the 30 day stats but the achivements page shows for the last 30 day Affiliate goals only 28 hours.
So it seems I'm unable to hit the achivement goals there even when I've met the conditions for some goals already.
There's also an inconsistency in the acvhiements itself.
I unlocked the achivement having streamed for 7 days out of 30 days. But the Affiliate goal is only showing 6 of 7 days.I can also send you screenshots if you need further information.

I'm having the exact same issues! I have an average of 3-7 viewers per stream, every hour I stream and twitch isn't counting them correctly either. Hopefully, twitch will take this into account.

Quick Background: I've been streaming for about 11 days straight now, coming off of building a new PC and wanting to do this as a hobby - I wanted to be able to show past broadcasts/videos/clips of my gameplay, so that if people do happen to view my channel, they can see some past gameplay footage to see the experience of what transpires when I'm online...
The way that affiliate requirements are set up at the moment, with the 3.0 average viewer of 30 day period, for a person that streams 2-4 hours a night as a new streamer, is somewhat ridiculous IMO - I usually only have 1-2 people come in, and stick around for about an hour or so while we chat via chat messages/mic, but it seems that most games I've streamed (COD MW, Tera, Conqueror's Blade, Tom Clancy Division 2, WoW) have already established names in the community, thus it's hard to get a viewer count above 3+ persons on a nightly basis due to the market...
My point is when I'm not on stream, that I'd like to be able to post some "sample" type of gameplay - whether it's a past broadcast, or a 1-minute clip, so that if people do happen to see my channel, they can click on it and see the highlight of my playstyle/what I'm like as a gamer and potential streamer...
To have nothing on my homepage due to inability to upload or save clips, makes my channel feel empty/not worthy of returning for a new viewer.
My suggestion to this rant, would be to allow new accounts to either post a set limit of uploaded clips (say 30 seconds to 1 minute) to their channels, or allow for say, 3-5 day broadcast views from previous days (as in, be able to post recent broadcasts that get deleted after 3-5 days in channel) - this would atleast allow for people visiting the channel to see some content on homepage without having the streamer to be online.
Thank you for consideration.

Hi there.
After MONTHS of viewing, exploring and updating my dash board, in ALL pages... it never attempt to set that achievement.Honestly, I have no idea how to manage it.
What have I to do, more? Viewed videos, checked it multiple times, weeks after weeks, months after months.
Maybe... and I repeat MAYBE, it is bugged?
Or as usual, little channel/streamers are put aside, as EVERY other social like instagram or yt?Maybe.
Even when i check asking "are you online"? and my users say "yes"... very very very often, the viewers count is not showing them... and thus my achievements counter goes down, blocking me to get new goals.
Please can you fix it? thanks a lot.
