SUPER MOD
So each streamer would be allowed to set one person in their stream "SUPER MOD" this person has more permissions than normal mods. For example the SUPER MOD would be allowed to mod and demod people from the stream. Another could be the "SUPER MOD" gets a different badge to make them stand out to the people in chat. Also maybe that super mod gets a permanent subscription for that channel. I'm sure there are alot more ways of making this a better idea that i just haven't though of however i think it would actually be a good thing to think about!

I just would add the make mod permission to editors, maybe limit this to one and I like the permanent sub idea.

There really isn't much a mod can do that another mod can't undo, unless you mean a mod saying or doing something that would get them timed out if they weren't a mod. But that is VERY rare in my experience, to the point of a streamer timing them out, which in turn revokes their sword.
To be fair though, editors are higher in the hierarchy than mods. Maybe worth adding to their responsibility, but a head mod would work too.

Fully support this idea. Being able to update panel information and setting up/changing the channel point rewards, modifying emotes/badges would be super useful. Other functionality that is now available for editor could move to the admin role as well (I'm thinking about the ability to modify the schedule).

Add a "Head Mod" role, So if a normal mod made a mistake, the Head mod can take care of it without the broadcaster stopping what their doing to stop what the normal mod did. You might think, "What Happens if the head mod does something bad" Well, the mod should be a very very trusted friend of the broadcaster, and from there, if the head mod Still does something bad, then the broadcaster does something about that, but there should be only 1 or 2 head mods. So the head mods can trade out service times, or just have 2 for extra head moderation.

I agree with this post 100%. I mod for a streamer who has stressed the need for a channel admin, since he has two channel points rewards that allow someone to be a mod or vip for one stream. But since there is no role that allows someone else to vip/mod someone, he has to stop what he's doing to do that. Another thing, is that having a channel admin is good, in case a mod goes rogue mode, or says/does something against channel rules.

While someone has already suggested a channel admin role, it would be nice if the proposed admin has more powers than just adding and removing mods.
I am the head mod, editor, and essentially personal streaming assistant for a streamer that streams for fun and has a very busy and important life when not streaming. Even though he cares very much about his community and his stream, minor tweaks to things like info panels, adding VIPs, curating the autohost list, adding and removing extensions, telling me how many sub points he has, and editing channel points rewards often fall to the wayside in favor of his IRL job, personal life, and other business.
Various streaming tools and bots already have an administrator role that allows an individual near-complete control over the primary account-holder's account. It would be nice if Twitch created an admin role that had full access to the streamer's account, including editing info panels, so that we could essentially help manage their channel without having to be signed into their account and use their name, or have access to the stream key.
Obviously, this would be a precious role and streamers would need to be warned that this person has the power to change almost everything about their account, but if the streamer doesn't want to grant these powers, there's still the editor role that has limited extra abilities. -

I would like to have an new Team rank. If we would like to test some new Moderators, just the Owner can timeout, ban or disable his mod rank. But if Twitch get an Admin or Head-Moderator, its easier for us to get some new Moderators and react of mods who bans other Viewer reasonless. Thanks for reading :)

Mods are very helpful nowadays. But I think it could be better if someone be a "more than common mod" in chat. A type of moderator that can even ban other mods, however it's a separated role from normal moderators. What it's used for? For REALLY TRUSTED people by the broadcaster. That could help almost in the same way of broadcaster, using tools like: /mod, /unmod, etc...
I called it as "Broadcaster Helper Mod"
For a badge example here is one:

Yea, pretty much it's a "super mod" that could do the same thing in someone else channel as in your own. Including Editor tools.:)
