Allow creators who qualify for affiliate to gain the perks without entering the program
Entering the program itself may be undesirable or impossible for some creators; they may face regional legal barriers, barriers with parents and guardians if under 18, may be uninterested in the requirements affiliation brings to you, etc. However, some of the perks such as polling, emotes, and channel points can be exciting and help grow channels regardless. Please allow those who would qualify for affiliate to gain some or all affiliate perks (excluding monetization of their channels, of course) without signing affiliate paperwork and officially joining the program.

I like this idea, transcoding is really the main feature I want as someone who previously was an affiliate and offboarded honestly this should be available 24/7 to affiliates but that's another issue. Channel points would also be nice and doesn't really make much sense to gate behind affiliate.
