Adding a side category for subbed channels (where currently you can see followed channels and online friends)
If the website had a section on the side above followed channels which just had the users subbed channels it encourages people to sub to their favourite streamers to make it more convenient to find their stream. It also encourages subbing to streamers who are smaller as they are more likely to be low down on the list so you can boost them up on yours and effectively "favourite" them so you don't have to search their username to find their stream!

I was thinking this too. As a viewer it would be really appreciated if there was a section in the collapsible panel on the left of the screen that encompassed the channels that you are subscribed too (or that you have been gifted subs too). It would just make it a lot easier to access the channels that you pay towards following rather than just click follow for free. It would make it easier to jump between channels with as an easy view of who is online, rather than having to go into a subscription sub menu that feels really buried within other dropdown menus.
