Allow 'twitch teams' to be created and joined by twitch affiliates

This will just oversaturate the team amounts, i would say no to this tbh. it would do more harm than good.

The team allows groups of affiliates to support each other and help work towards the goals of the partnership. I am in favor of allowing teams to affiliates however once that gate is opened it will appear that everyone will want their own team and will not join in coalition to support each other as the terminology "Team" would imply.
Instead, what if we had a team system for affiliates that can get a group of people together that commit to joining a charter and submitting that as an application, much like a Guild creation from World of Warcraft. You describe the team name and information, then send that as an email to lets say 5 affiliated members that also commit to joining that team, and then once it is signed or completed that is sent to review for Twitch. Then all members can be vetted for Twitch TOS standings and so on and if all members are in good standings and there is no issues with the team information or description let them set one up. Then set a minimum 30 days or so requirement to be commited to that team just like they do with changing your stream name. This will reduce the influx of teams, promote that mentality, and hopefully ensure people will stay committed to these teams so they can use it to grow together.

It feels like Twitch is only after Affiliates Income of Dollars / Euros by subs, and bits.
As it is now, the Streamer will get 50% and Twitch 50%.
Streamer still has to pay Tax (VAT) in its country. That's why we don't get a team option, we are not good enough for Twitch as Affiliates. Then partners. But our money through our hard-working Affiliates streamers is welcome. for the rest we have to keep our mouths shut, as this feels to many Affiliates streamers as if we are nothing.
I am vote for you cheers mate
NOTE!
Partners have enough advantages than Affiliates streamers.
- They have deals with Bedrijfven partners
- invite events discounts and backstage
- and more. -

If The starter / owner of the team can get 30 of his affiliated team members To sign the petition it gets approved or at least reviewed!

I have started a stream team. The roster of 20 lives within a discord and twitter. We also have artwork residing in our Twitch panels and social. However, we can't legitimize the linkup with one another on Twitch until one of us becomes partner or until a partner friend grants a stream team slot. It would be mega cool to make that connection and keep our community bonded on Twitch. If affiliates could even have just one open token/slot to create a team, that would rock.

I agree, the ability to create a team for promoting, networking, support each other’s growth would be a fantastic tool for affiliates, I do also think the team size should be limited to maybe 10 in order offer real value for those in the team .

Allow Twitch affiliates to create teams, at the moment, as only partners can create teams, it's a really blunt subject and only boosts a partners growth (not that i disagree with partners continuing to gain following or support). I think Teams would be more beneficial and more positive for affiliates who are still trying to gain their mass audience. Teams would give a group of affiliates a fantastic opportunity to support and grow alongside their team members. Please remove the exclusiveness of teams for only Twitch Partners. I know i'm certainly not the only person to have this idea.

This needs more attention. Why isn't everyone able to make teams? Even just as low as affiliates? Seems like a simple system with the same rules applied to partners.

I actually agree with this. It would be awesome to make this a thing for Affiliates. I ran for Twitch partnership so I could make my own team and expand my community. I think it's time for Twitch to do this for us smaller streamers. It would improve our presence here, better networking with others, and more style and flavor to the Twitch community as a hole.

I agree with this Affiliates should have the option to create a team but maybe or maybe not have a limit to the amount of members in the team.

Agree Twitch Teams should be able to create Teams now since the Community is no longer an option...

You need to have a partner that will make your team.
Why cant you make one yourself? -

Affilate program Team creation, I would like to see this. I know partners can create teams for their communitys and add other streamers to it. I think affilates should be able to do this to.

Please can you allow "Affiliates" access to create a "Team" even with fewer slots for the team membership - there are a group of us that are affiliates but will not be able to make partnership any time soon but would like to be a team.

I would suggest making a teem is something to would not need partnership for I would have so all can set a steem teem up I don't se any partnership benefits that you get as a partnership to making a streem team

I mean really, A team isn’t really worth that much. It’s barely different than a community.
