Add a setting to disable auto-joining a raid. I think a user-profile option to disable automatic joining of a raid would be a useful feature. Some channels have various reasons or incentives to staying in offline chat and sometimes you can't catch the whole stream and can't opt-out of the raid.

Stream ending soon Give an option to flag your twitch that you're ending soon and wish not to be the target of a raid. Often times I see streamers get raided close to when they would be ending and are put in a position to have to either a) stream longer than they wanted to or b) be overly apologetic out of guilt, especially if it was a sizable raid. I think it would make a nice feature for the creator dashboard quick actions.

Partnership Can you please explain your reasoning for the choice to make raiders not count as true viewership and how you suggest smaller facets of streaming like small art categories such as the miniature painting streams, who make up a large portion of streams but do not draw massive viewership because of the niche market, yet we struggle to meet your hidden criteria for partnership. What does it actually take to get partnership and how can you help those of us in smaller communities to reach partnership? Also, when the select few of us in smaller communities reach the 75 concurrent…

Raid & Host Viewer Opt Out Setting The new /raid feature is great for channel networking as hosting has always been, but both can be problematic for many viewers. It would be convenient for the User Settings page to be updated with a set of opt out settings for both raids and hosts. If a user opts out of raids, they will be considered to automatically click "Leave" at the end of any raid countdown timer. If they opt out of hosts, hosted channels will not load unless the viewer intentionally presses the "Play" button.
Raids and Hosting present problems for:
1) Temporarily AFK viewers during the…

Show raids on the graph in Stream Summary Raids at any point during a stream can significantly alter the statistics for that stream over time, and changes the meaning of those statistics. As such they ought to be represented on the graph on the Stream Summary page.
For example, the bar representing the 5 min chunk where a raid occurred should be a different color than the rest, and hovering over it, which now brings up "Average Viewers: #" should also include "Raid (username): #"

Automatically End Stream When Raiding Make the stream automatically end when the raid moves to the next channel. Or at least make it a setting where the default is the stream ends after the raid. End awkward AFK streams of streamers who don't realize the stream is still running.

Raid Blacklist/Whitelist Give us a way to set a list of streams we do or do not wish to receive raids from.
Currently the only options for limiting raids are
Allow all raids,
Only allow raids from friends, teammates, and followed channels,
& Block all raids.Occasionally raids from particular communities my prove disruptive for the receiving community, and we may not wish to take the step of banning the streamer outright. Being able to specify specific streams we do or do not wish to receive raids from would allow us a greater deal of control without resorting to the heavier step…

turn off raid options for viewers if a channel host raids another channel it will switch your url which will delete chat history as well some channels have "This room is in 10 minutes followers-only mode." so some raiders can't raid
1 having the option of turning off raids for a certain channel your in so you don't get auto switched or turning it off completely for all raids because maybe you like switching to a different channel then join a raid.

Min viewers raid and removable raid messages I have recently seen a new mass raid bot appear in the wild in multiple channels within days of each other, with 2 variations of either many hundreds of users or just 1. The only current way to 'solve' the issue is set raids to Network (friends, followed etc) or None (block), this does not give enough control though.
Issues:
* Twitch posts a non-deleteable raid message
* No control over mininum number of viewers in a raidAs a moderator I have no way to help the broadcaster in a situation in which a raid bot appears.
Solutions:

Stop Streaming after a Raid Almost every streamer has at least once forgotten to stop the stream after a raid.
It would be great to stop the stream after a raid. This probably needs to be done in collaboration with OBS / StreamLabs...
They control the streaming status, but I suppose Twitch could stop the stream even if OBS is still sending data.As a developer, I could write a bot that detects a raid and stops my stream using OBS Websocket. I suppose it shouldn't be that hard to make in built-in in Twitch somehow ?

Adjustable Raid Volume When ending stream and raiding another streamer, let us suggest or adjust the volume for everyone joined in the raid. I'd love to be able to raid and set everyone's volume to like 10% on the stream we visit. If they are awake, they can adjust it back themselves. If they are asleep, they won't be disturbed. (Maybe don't let the volume adjust take effect if the viewer has the stream muted already).

Notify streamers of smaller raids. As a small streamer, one great way to network and meet new people is via raiding. However, much of the time, raids are too small for some streamers and there is no notification of the raid in chat or via alert. This really devalues small streamers and gives us the impression that we are not worth recognition on Twitch. Small raids are still raids.
You might be asking, "well people who aren't live can just press the raid button, and it can be spammy." To this I'd say, if there was some recognition that an individual was live (ex. 1…

Randomly Generated Raid List Raids are generally used to introduce one or more audiences to other streamers.
Right now, there is one method of raiding: You click the raid channel button, you're brought up a list of live channels you are following.
I believe that the creator should be given a list of all live channels in the category they are streaming. That way they can pick a live channel that they may not be following. Introducing an element of RNG into raiding could greatly open up the platform to a wider audience.

Option to Complete Raid Is Missing from New Dashboard [Loss of Site Functionality] Back at the end of September 2018, Twitch REMOVED the ability for a broadcaster to press "RAID NOW" from chat when the broadcaster wasn't the one who started the Raid, this was complained about, as there were a number such as myself who use Bots to start off the Raids,
Twitch "Fixed" this with the new Raid & Hosts panel that was launched shortly after in the Dashboard....
Now the Dashboard is changing, and there is no longer a Raid & Hosts Panel only a Raid Option (Nothing to indicate an in progress Raid), this is now a Problem AGAIN

Raids for Affiliate and Partners only Make raids only accessible to affiliates and partners of Twitch.
This will help counter the current hate raid issues.

Hosts and raiding to a banned channel When someones banned from multiple channels, and than when someone hosts or raids that person id like it to auto opt me out of that. Its just depressing. I think people mess up and shouldn't need reminded everyday of that one bad day.

Add a feature which scatters viewers to small groups for raiding random streamers. I think this kind of feature would be really interesting and exciting for viewers and streamers. Streamers could press a button to split their viewers to groups of for example 100 people and raid random channels in chosen category or all over twitch. With big streamers getting tens of thousands of viewers, this would mean a lot of small streams would get exposure from this feature. I have noticed chat gets really excited when raids happen, in both the raided and raider channel. This kind of random twist would make it even more exciting and fun!

Regulate Raiding Raids are to turn the viewer on to relevant content, not watching a streamer gratuitously raid their lover. Limit raid repeats so raids are for viewers and other streamers, and not the raider and his *** life.

Raid Redirect For frequent Raiders, sometimes we want to make new friends in the community. Sometimes those raids don't go as planned and the new friend goes offline, or the raid simple isn't appreciated and you run into someone rude. Or, you're raided by a community that comes in and is rude. I would like to see the ability to forward our raids onto another community if the initial raid isn't someone you follow.
Also, as a raider along for the ride, the opportunity to stay with the raided streamer or move along to another one.2 votes
