Just saying spotify for this example, but it could be any music streaming platform.

Twitch team would have to work with spotify to accomplish this.

-Streamer can control what everyone hears. (Except volume, and maybe some restrictions on how much they can skip so it's not jarring on the viewers)
-Viewers can thumbs up or down songs, if too many thumbs downs occur in a small amount of time, in contrast to thumbs ups, the song is skipped, or a skip request is sent to streamer. Feature can be disabled to prevent abuse.
-Song request queue. Viewers can request songs, and vote on other songs.

How it works is you join a stream, then the streamer has either a code to type into spotify, or qr code, or even a permanant room on spotify that people can just search for the name, maybe even a button that just opens spotify for you right to the listening party.

-Avoid DMCA
-Integrated song request system
-Spotify pays twitch $$$ for this partnership

Cons
-Probably a lot of dev work from the spotify end
-Viewers that join listening parties that don't have premium would be interrupted by ads
-Viewers that don't want to join listening parties won't hear any music

I see a number of streamers mentioning about a possible feature to 'share' banned users with the other streamers.
When a group of streamers agreed on sharing the ban list, it means that banning/chat-restricting a user on a streamer's channel will automatically ban/chat-restrict the user on other steamers' channels.

This feature will be helpful because, as a mod, I see multiple times that banned/chat-restricted user usually goes to another streamer (especially the one who's collaborating with the steamer where the ban was made) and start trolling/spamming in their channel. This feature can help streamers to prevent from happening such things beforehand.

You tell us that using third-party sites to watch multiple Twitch streams at the same time is detrimental to our chat experience. I totally understand the sense of loyalty and fidelity we must have towards you, but to be honest, I expected better.

Watching multiple streams at the same time would allow us to stay in touch with multiple communities at the same time and not miss any highlights. So why not? Creating the Squad Stream system was a good initiative to follow several streamers on a common game. But if you are so keen to keep us on your platform, I have a proposal for you.

In addition to the Squad Stream, why not launch the Multiview system? This would be an official feature that would allow viewers to follow any streams at the same time on your official site or platform, without using a "third party" site.

In the secret stream only certain people can watch it, similar to what you do with sub only, but in this case you can choose several options. Example:

Time limited link, where if you click that link in less than x time after the posting you can watch,
Invite, personal unique invite link,
Multi use Invite link.

And most importantly:
Game Partners.
Interested gaming companies can use some method (apk maybe?) to do ingame verification, and allow people that pass that verification to access the stream, the use for this one is immense since now, for example, for someone that has a clan that is going to war with another clan, they can't stream due to possible spies but now you can if you setup your stream to only be able to be seen from people that are your allies it is now a more "secure" stream, that is only one of the possibilities.

And now you throw them on the front page for a month, if the Secret Stream meets some criteria, (using ingame verification, and can be joined by large number of people) and it will now allow many people that not only would not normally stream in those circumstances, but also people that dont watch streams, since this method can be easily used to coordinate large numbers of people, and give them a visual aid, unlike discord that would only have voice and ten people maximum streams.

We are mostly aware that twitch ignores viewers with a volume that is set to less than 10%, marking them as not a viewer and excluding them from drops. We cant always mute the site if we are watching multiple streams and viewers need to be able to control their experience.

It would be MUCH more usable if there was a visual indication on the volume control to show when it is set to below 10%.. like make it red or something.

It is not fair to force viewers to have audio set to a volume that TWITCH determines, unless twitch implements volume leveling across ALL live streamers as some streamers are SIGNIFICANTLY louder than others and 10% on one stream may still be louder than 100% on another.

Clip with link to post by the streamer or mod that would display in stream video part (not in the comments section). It would be good to be able to resize the link and move it to different parts of the display, so it will not cover part of the screen they want to be open. Reason for this is to clip a response to a common question during a stream is to avoid repeating answering a question that is being asked over and over again, so they can continue with hosting their stream. This will be displayed in the video part of the stream (as a live popup link to the clip) instead of the comments to avoid the streamer or mod to have to continually enter the link over and over again in the comments. Plus if the comments are flying by then it will be difficult to even catch or click the link. This will be great for charity streams to explain what is going on and what the charity stream is for. A link within the popup clip would be good to have as well, like to a donation page for a charity stream. It should also allow for multiple links to be stacked, in case there are a few questions that need to be answered as new people join the stream over time. Also it should be as simple and quick as possible to clip something, name the link, and drop it on screen where needed.

My friends and I operate a shared channel on Twitch via stream keys which has functioned fairly well for us over the years. There is, however, one ever-present issue that limits some of our ability to take advatange of some sought-after features.

That, of course, being the way the OAuth system works for channels. Since we run on stream keys, we lack the ability to take advantage of third-party programs that use the Twitch SSO to function. Currently, to generate the token for those applications, it requires the discrete user:pass login for the channel which just isn't feasible. Not having this ability greatly limits some functions that would be incredibly important for the channel.

I, of course, don't have the internal knowledge as to how the OAuth works from the context of Twitch, but if there's any possible way to generate tokens via the stream key system rather than only the user:pass login it would be greatly appeciated.
