I suggest adding a new chat mode that allows only users with "permission to talk" to send messages to a chat; call it a "VIP-Only Chat" session, for example /viponly.

This would allow creating limited chats that not every single subscriber is allowed to join in on, which could be very useful if there are too many participants in the chat to carry out a discussion with readable interaction between chatters.

But also allow moderators to also give one user or a few users permission to speak that would allow others to speak that does not have the limitations of the /vip command where only a small number of VIPs are allowed by the system, and only the broadcaster can add/remove.

Being able to grant permission to speak individually would allow channels to have large events including chat in the event but structure and organize the chat sessions more, if they like, in order to cut out 99% of the unrelated messages, random chatter etc, and make it more feasible to showcase interesting discussions.

Moderators should then have access to a command which can grant or remove permission to speak. For example, /voice username /unvoice username
/unvoice all

Possibly with an optional time limit and reason to be sent to the user:

For example /voice username 10m Ok, username, you have the floor.

I would suggest that /voice command also allow such user to speak in Subscriber-Only or Follower-only chat regardless of other user status.

Channels holding such an event might have the people who will talk in chat arranged ahead of time with a prior agreement to the rules, or it might be audience members who joined an external queue chosen in order or randomly, or people that made a request through an outside system or authorized chatbot to be reviewed by moderators before granting permission to chat, etc.

: platforms should allow channel owners to have controls, where thy can see username to MAC address allowing them to block/unblock accounts-MAC Pairs.

-Protected Chat
Channel who opt-in to have their chat protected,will have the controls to approve/revoke the user-MAC Pair globally and the platform would remember the decisions, so channel owners wouldn’t have to approved after each stream.

-Highlight Known Banned Accounts
Accounts who have been allowed back from a previous Platform ban or who have been channel banned from another channel should be highlighted in the chat for a certain time (Probation). Also their account to MAC should be highlighted in MAC banning controls.

-Mod Bots MAC Banning Controls
Bots should get access to MAC banning controls so thy could auto ban offending accounts once bots are stable enough to do so.

-Platform MAC Banning
When a users MAC has a certain amount of Channel Bans then the platform will investigate and if warranted (racism,sexism,homophobia) not general rudeness the platform would ban the user-MAC or user-device ID pair for certain amount of time. after a certain amount of repeat offensives then a permanent platform ban would be made.

-Channel Owner Anti Abuse

-Voice Analyzers auto-reporting
Platforms would use voice Analyzers to auto report Certain keywords that are (racist,sexist,homophobic) and if not a false positive (after it is investigated by humans). then the content would be removed. And the user will be warned a certain amount of times then MAC/Device ID banned a certain amount of times,then Permanent Platform banned.

-Manual Reporting
Same as the Voice Analyzers auto-reporting
But by users manually reporting the channel.

Have a slow mode for subscribers.

There is a possibility for partners to activate a setting in which all subs are immune to slow mode.

My idea is that there are two different slow modes, one for all users (the one that already exists) and one for subs. My idea is that both are controlled either by chat commands or from mod view.

This would be useful if you would like to give the Subscribers who are supporting you another benefit, also, as they're paying (or supporting with Prime) they probably are less likely to spam or disobey rules.

Recently there was a change in the permaban system so when you permaban a person he can't see chat anymore. I understand that this is added to prevent harassment and stalking, but I think it's not fair, what does his typing something bad in chat has with his reading the chat? If he violated rules by typing something inappropriate, I just ban him from typing, that's only fair, but I don't want to ban him from reading. It's not only unfair but also encourages people to create alternative accounts to be able to read chat again while they could stay on their original account if they could still read chat even without typing anything.

It wouldn't be a problem if streamers had the ability to timeout viewers for any amount of time, like instead of permabanning someone you just timeout him for 10 years or so (it would be great meme material also), but you can't timeout viewer for more than 2 weeks, and there's a huge gap between 2 week suspension from typing in chat and permabanning the person. Imagine if there was no options between 2 weeks in prison and a life sentence in real life.

So, my suggestion is - you should either allow the streamer to choose if he wants to ban the user from viewing chat when permabanning him, or allow the streamer to timeout viewers for any amount of time, or just revive old /ban in form of /timeout forever.

I mod for several channels, and I'm effing tired of adding the same words to the permitted list over and over again. Why the F does the list reset on every new stream??? Even words like shouldn't be even on automod's list as they have no existing negative connotation, to begin with, like waifu (btw, waifu gets modded, husbando doesn't, nice double standards), are getting blocked again and again!

Even my screen name got modded once!! IIRC yMEmd got blocked, please tell me the meaning of that and how it can be worthy of getting modded out!

Currently when someone typing a block term gets the message "Your message wasn't posted due to conflicts with the channel's moderation settings." in some cases this is like "hey, just type it differently" and even if you are use wildcards he can post the message.
Sometimes a message contain a block terms that if that terms wouldn't exist the message would be perfectly normal. Why don't you add the option for some terms to just show like *** and let the message be posted? That's how mods can decide if the message deserve a delete or not, and reduce the chance for users that type the block terms alternate.

I keep "show moderation actions" turned on (adds ban/timeout/delete buttons next to names in chat) in the two channels I moderate.

The other day I accidentally banned someone while on the chat emote menu, with a simple jiggled-mouse misclick. Turns out the tiny sliver of ban button visible on the left side of the emote/bit panels works just fine.
I don't care whether I see it, I just don't think it should be usable. In my opinion, the only functional ban buttons should be ones with chat displayed next to them.
I can't imagine any reason a person would reasonably mean to ban someone behind there, when you can't see who's posting or what they said.

what if be a hack on the email account and you mod get back place on new email account with same old Minecraft mod that you made and then modder can help you to fix by a bot it much easier and then show as a video that it tue is your mod that made as video plus that maybe help more and if problems with other way chat it and that also fix other what is about you mod so that the bot fix problems even how you made it and it will so know what pay the mod in the way of other passwords and it can also use phone that it give code on it form you email so can you also know if be hack

I've been spending a lot of time at Twitch for the last two years. I see that there are still very important problems that have not improved in time. This is one of the problems: for example, when large broadcasters host small broadcasters at the end of the broadcast, in the small broadcasters' chat room there can be some users who share inappropriate links, make toxicities, and make spam. Small or new publishers remain uninformed in this event. I mean, they can't handle what's going on in the chat rooms. So the broadcasters cannot do their job properly. Foreseeing that this will happen, large broadcasters do not host small broadcasters. İt is a huge impact on the shine of these small broadcasters. This also prevents the development of Twitch.

I mean, create a global moderator group of tight viewers or give more authority to the moderators who came from there. I believe that in such matters it will give a huge positive effect.
