Blocked Terms/A new term section for words that want to mayb be used in different times and Can Be Accepted By Mods thorugh automod
So, like blocked terms be held through automod, even tho there blocked terms, let mods chose either they go through or not, so say someone said the blocked term of "Revenge" and mods dont want it to be used one stream, but mayb accept it another stream.
