Stream Placeholder for Stream Issues Basically the idea is top allow the streamer to upload one long video or several short videos that would be used as a placeholder when the streamer is having connection issues. That way the awkward silence for when their connection falters and the lame "Stream Having Issues" could be replaced with actual content to keep viewers around while they wait for the issues to stop.
Additionally, I'd propose so:
Partners would get a few more long videos for "Stream Issues" placeholder, as well as considerably more short videos.Said videos must NOT be set as "Subscriber Only".

Clicking "play all" on a highlight collection should resume the video you were last watching When watching a highlight collection, choosing "play all" always starts the first video in the collection. After you've started watching a collection, there is no good way to quickly resume watching both the playlist and the video you were watching.
Clicking "play all" should immediately start the video you were last watching AND put the player into "collection mode."

Webplayer aspect ratio - 21:9 and 32:9 It would be nice if the webplayer would adapt to streams other than 16: 9 aspect ratio. As I stream in a 21: 9 aspect ratio, I have black stripes that look bad and are unnecessary

TTS control on user end Allow the customer to ignore TTS from certain users or all TTS in a given channel. It takes away from the user experience to have to deal with TTS spam. I'd like to watch and listen to the game and creator, not the annoying TTS spam.

Improve 'Exclude Categories' Clip Functionality In the Settings > Stream section of the Creator Dashboard for Clip Settings, you're able to exclude categories for clips BUT it only takes effect when starting a new stream.
I am proposing that it is updated for whichever categories you configure to be excluded that clips be disabled in real-time when you switch to those categories. If you later switch to a non-excluded catgegory, clips get turned back on.

Bring back offline player volume control Seems that the volume control no longer appears on offline streams.

Some people will wait for a streamer to go live, but have the volume "remembered" from a different streamer they watched last night and suddenly get blown out speakers

Clips need to persist the Mature Flag settings from their origin stream When reviewing clips, the mature flag needs to persist so that content from streams that are configured as intended for Mature Audiences continue that flag appropriately into the Clip UI and APIs

Allow Non-Affiliates to have the Rerun Feature again It would be helpful for channels especially NON-Affiliates who want to rebroadcast either their past broadcast stream to bring in more people to the channel or even rebroadcast highlighted content. It would expand the viewership of people because sometimes you can have a rerun playing for a different time-zone than when you stream. so if you would allow NON-Affiliated channels to be allowed the rerun feature again

ADD: Ability to select multiple VODs to export to YouTube The ability to select multiple videos/highlights/VODS from the Video Producer and export them to YouTube all at once.

Customize Stream Download Name It would be nice if there was a way to customize what your stream will be called when you download the MP4 file, like a default format, for instance:
[STREAM NAME]_[DATE] as an option
You could also allow users to customize the date format to their liking. Me, personally, I like just doing 'MM-DD' because I can group them all by year later.

Allow users to see who clipped from stream in the clips manager. Why can we not see who made a clip right on the clips manager page? I don't want to have to click on each clip to find out which user made a clip.

Merge Highlight and VOD Analytics I love the new view numbers attached to the VODs! I would love a way to transfer these view numbers to the attached highlight. As it stands now, we lose all those stats when the VOD expires. Those of us that highlight entire streams without the breaks, etc to save for future VOD watchers (for example, an entire series run of Silent Hill) have a difficult time explaining Twitch analytics to sponsors or advertisers.

Export at... It would be nice to export at a certain time, maybe "export in 24 hours" or "export at ..." (and pick a date/time) so exports could be scheduled.

Deleting Clips I accidentally delete all my clips after selecting 2 and selecting delete clips. Maybe their can be an "Undo delete" button when notified that all clips have been deleted and or for like 24 hours after the delete.... Or maybe a deleted clips section where for 24 hours you can select which specific clips to restore.

Clip Features (Cancel / Save for Later) If I make a clip there is only one button to publish the clip.
Suggestions:
1. Abort button (I miss-click sometimes and need to delete an unwanted clip manually)
2. Save for later (If someone don't want to publish the clip yet or make it private)Admin audit: added "(Cancel / Save for Later)" to title for ease of idea discoverability
