Movable webcams

Streamers have the option of transmitting their scene and their webcam separately to twitch. so that viewers have the possibility (like the picture in picture function) to move the webcam in order not to miss anything of what is happening

    Adding the option for separate stream keys(feeds) for webcam and game stream.

    Could help resizing and customization of channel.

    Could also help viewers that wanna see a game in entirety.

    Vejo muitas streams e as vezes a pessoa que está transmitindo deixa alguma fonte tapar algo por engano, por exemplo, a webcam.
    Podia ter uma opção pro streamer renderizar a fonte (a webcam neste caso) como uma "segunda tela" para que a pessoa que estiver assistindo possa movimentar ela na tela da twitch, aumentar ou até desabilitar a fonte.

    Streamer can offer the face cam as an optional secondary draggable window. This way the viewer can customize its position as the face cam sometimes blocks information such as game HUDs. Also this way a viewer can close the face cam and only watch the content.

    Many streamers use face cams, I sometimes hate seeing face cams because I want to be more immersed in the gameplay or their face is in the way etc so I believe viewers should have more control over what they see.

    I've seen users suggest the option to move face cams and to filter face cam users on the Browse page, they're good ideas but I want to add to that.

    Make a face cam window movable AND resizable. The feature that I really want is to optionally disable/enable every single face cam on Twitch, I'm not joking. If face cams are manipulated outside of Twitch (I don't know how they work so explain it to me if need be) and they can't control them then I guess this is a waste but if Twitch CAN control them then I bet viewers can be given the option to disable/enable them. Please make this happen if possible because I'm sick and tired of face cams. I hope you're listening Twitch <3

    Dear Twitch Staff,

    I thought it would be a nice idea if there was a possibility to have a Cam Window which twitch users themselves can move throughout the screen, which the streamer can apply as their cam capturing device. Don't know if this is something that's easy to create, would be a nice application though.
