Bug with uploading thumbnail to uploaded video
Since today (April 20th, 2017) or maybe even a few days (haven't used the feature since Monday), whenever I want to upload a thumbnail to one of my uploaded videos, I no preview appears in the thumbnail preview windows. If I want to save the video, I get an error message saying "Missing required parameter crop_x". I didn't check if this also applies to highlights/past broadcasts, but at least on the uploaded videos this error appears no matter how often I try.
Browser: Firefox 53.0 (64 bit)

Still happening, uploaded the wrong thumbnail (a previous step on the design), and when trying to change it to the final version I get the "Deleting Thumbnail Failed!"

They switched up the AI, but the issue still exists. It is with older content. I can't upload a new thumbnail to content from 3 years ago, but anything within like a year or so its no problem.

Same problem here. I don't see the upload thumbnail button on one of my highlights. If I try to delete the existing thumbnail and upload a new one, it says "Deleting Thumbnail Failed!". It's just this ONE highlight, the rest is fine. Quite annoying.

This issue still exists, I can't delete a thumbnail / upload a new one.

Same here. I use Firefox, and have to use Internet Explorer JUST for uploading thumbnails.

@Karl Wang
It doesn't matter if the videos are published or not, the error occurs in both cases.
My OS is Windows 8.1 64bit, my browser is Firefox 53.0.3 (64bit edition) -

Inspecting one of the dumps provided to me, it looks like the request payload is missing crop information, hence the error message.
Are there any other issues that are coming up at the same time? Like cropping tool is not loading or other javascript errors.
Let me know if clearing your web cache helps.

I'm unable to reproduce the issue on OSX firefox53 64bit & chrome58 64bit.
Can you provide more information to reproduce? OS, browser/version, are the videos published/unpublished, are there any other thumbnails on it.Also If you could email me the image that you are trying to upload and a HAR dump from the browser developer console if possible. Same issue. Tried resizing manually in other programs and uploading through other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Comodo.) No luck thus far. [5/4/17]

I am having the SAME PROBLEM!!!! Thank goodness I thought it was my browser or something I was doing. I tried Edge and Firefox and both exhibit the same issue where the pop-out window that lets you adjust the thumbnail never pops up and just gives this error once you press the upload button. What did you guys break now? It was working 2 days ago =(
