the previous poster's suggestion worked for me. right click on the video in question and choose inspect. highlight the particular box by hovering cursor over code that pops up, choose the first line that has to do with that particular box, right click, and choose delete element. that worked for me

Something you can try is inspecting the videos so that the coding for the website pops up, then delete the code responsible for the videos being there. Just tried it so unsure if it 100% works, but they're gone now.

End of 2018 and I got like five videos doing this (four are the same video) and I can't upload (I assume because it thinks it's got a queue?) so eh

I have the same process happening. I can't delete it but I can still upload other videos. They should always have a delete to it so something is wrong with it I think. Just hard to ignore while using the uploader from now on.

I found a fix for the issue, first ignore the stuck videos. Then try to upload the video that got stuck but once it starts hit Publish Now and you get the window to Publish. Enter the name you want and hit Publish (its not going to do anything just show the same window), hit cancel and behind it will show an error. Click ok to the error and then just wait for Twitch to finish uploading. You will notice that the video will finish processing (depends on the size). And if it gets stuck you will still have the three dots to delete the video which you didn't have before.
