Allow private broadcasts
Twitch used to allow you to password protect your stream, but this feature was removed some time ago and I never understood why.
There should be a way to allow only people I approve of to see my stream. Sometimes I want to share a game with my friends and only them. Yes, "not playing" exists, but that will still send live notifications and won't prevent unapproved people from watching.

This is a good idea for things like private events. People who can't come will be able to watch a private stream instead!

You can make a channel for subscribers only (i think) - if you do not promote it publicly, you can filter your audience that way while charging them (at a fixed-rate)

I personally want to do this myself for photo editing.
I take photos of a group of friends playing Ultimate and spend around 6 hours editing them all for Facebook.
I want to protect the people I took pictures of but I also want them to be able to watch my edit them if they so choose. -

They were removed because of people breaking Twitch rules with private streams.
